Joe is the consummate professional - as someone I've known for many years, he's always been a fantastic role model to me and someone I respect immensely. Joe's an elite practitioner, with expertise across a wide range of therapies who's combined experience, skill and professionalism has been integral to my personal ambitions as a competitive road cyclist. Highly recommend to all.

Incredible experience with Joe Kuriel, I went to see him with a very sore, tired body and 12 hours later I can honestly say I haven’t felt this great in over a year. Eat, Play, Thrive, Thank you so much.

With the help and guidance of Vicky and Joe my life has changed for the better. I now wake up feeling full of energy, I have reduced my BMI substantially and actually now enjoy exercise. As a type 1 diabetic I have greatly improved Hba1c levels and couldn’t recommend the low carb challenge more strongly. Thank you both.

Joe conducted a very thorough session outlining what the condition I had was (double crush syndrome), the cause, work needing to be done to remedy and exercises to follow at home before my next appt. His treatment was very professional.

Joe, Vicky and the Team at EPT have created a dynamic community. EPT focus on a lifestyle of health, fitness and happiness. I have been a member for 2 years and during that time my overall health has significantly improved due to the level of care. I would strongly recommend EPT to all age groups and all levels of fitness.

Joe was recommended to me by three seperate family members.
Each referred to him as " THE MAGICIAN ".
I had flown to Melbourne to see my family and watch the tennis.
I was in excruciating back pain and soon I would be crawling on the floor.when I called him he told me he could see me within the hour even though he was watching the tennis with his son.
He came out of the tennis centre to see me and soon after proceeded with his magic.
Within ten minutes I had heard and felt 20 - 30 individual vertebrae seperate from a spasmodic / knotted / seized position across my entire upper and lower back.
I left feeling born again.
He even gave me a follow up call a few days later.
Highly recommended, professional and friendly.
Thank you so much Joe.

As a dentist constantly leaning over all day, Joe at Acacia Health has been the best help ever for bad backs and neckache. I can highly recommend Acacia Health.

I started training at Eat Play Thrive at their studio in Waverley road about a year ago. Joe offers the most unbelievable PT and pilates sessions, Tam's energy is inspiring. The nutritional advice that Vicky has provided me, has changed my life. There are very few business owners who practice what they preach and live the life they are 'teaching'. Both Vicky and Joe are amongst this small minority. Thanks for the new lease on life Eat Play Thrive

If you are looking for trainers who actually follow their own good advice this is the place for you. Really fun (and intense workout) pilates classes, full of friendly people. Always helpful with the advice too, and helping you make a fitness and health part of your everyday lifestyle - I started coming for chiropractic (related to headaches) and found the pilates sessions on offer invaluable in combating the headaches as well as then taking up other activities (running in particular) encouraged by Joe and Vicky.

Eat Play Thrive is the best fitness training I've ever had. The classes are different every single time. I love how I can choose to do a Pilates class or group training all included in the one price.
