I made and cancelled a booking today as I thought PAYING for a technician (which we have not before) to come to Hobart outrageous. Cost for service and coming here nearly $1000 before we started the service. I had been told over 3 years that a Company in Hobart would be servicing our lift! It has not materialised. Very very disappointed with every aspect of booking as we have had to contact the Company numerous times each year! Easy Living obviously does not need our business.

I cannot ever recommend anyone use this company. The lift is very noisy and that is if it is working as it's always breaking down with very costly call outs and repairs! Poor customer service on top.

Mark and Tom have been fabulous in providing information and advice along the way. Their regular site inspections were greatly appreciated and service was excellent. We are very happy with how the lift looks. The installer Daniel is very experienced and was great to deal with.

Clint and Joe were an absoloute pleasure to work with, very efficient and easy to deal with. Very happy with their service

We recently had some issues with our home elevator - Jason was extremely helpful in first trying to solve the issue remotely and then by squeezing in a visit to our home at the end of his day. He was able to sort it in a timely fashion and was polite, respectful and very helpful. Thanks Jason, much appreciated!

Keep away from this company, I have had the worst time with them from there poor communication in scheduling lift repair, turning up unannounced and wanting to get in to repair without any notice or not turning up at all.in my opinion just not a very professional company, the lift has broken down so many time each time they come out they cannot find anything wrong, Once it was out of service for 6 months without any updated from the company despite numerous update requests and now its out of action for 2.5 months and each time they come they'll find another thing wrong then disappear for weeks until I call then to come back, In my opinion it looks like they just don't care, customer service BAD, service and maintenance BAD BAD.
Cannot recommend this company to any one, I am also concerned about the safety of the repairs? , just have to see.

Extremely poor service.

I spent over $100k on a 3 storey elevator that has now failed 6 times in under 6 months.

The latest failure caused the elevator to stop 30cm below the first floor landing, trapping the occupants.
Spent over 3+ hours to their 1800 emergency service centre and still no one taking calls.
Luckily I was able to extract occupants when I got home using door key.

Jason was very efficient and completed our service to great standard. There was no mess and everything was clean when the service was finished. Would recommend Jason highly

Had an urgent call out as we had some luggage stuck in the dumb waiter. Jason went above and beyond to move around his schedule to come out and help us. Highly Recommend!

We have used this company to take care of our old lift for years and their service has always been exceptional. Recently we had to call them out for emergency work on the lift, and Jason arrived sooner than expected, went above and beyond, and proved why this company is the best for lift maintenance and service

When arriving at our home we found the elevator not operational. We spoke to Jason Tsoleridis of the Melbourne office and over the phone he went through what we were finding. He offered to come out on an emergency service that evening, but as we weren't going to be using it that night he came out the next morning. He was pleasant to deal with, patient with explaining to us what had happened (a power surge which tripped an internal switch in the controls) and had the elevator working very quickly. We had previously ordered a GSM phone to be installed, and he bought it with him to install it as well. Boy, was he patient! We had terrible troubles with Telstra trying to activate a SIM card (you wouldnt want to see the review I would write about Telstra!) but Jason waited and answered all of our questions while we were on the phone with Telstra. He explained next steps very articulately and was truly a pleasure to deal with. To compound our challenges that day we had a hot water tank that had gone, so we were a little 'scattered' with trying to get that repaired also.but Jason was the epitome of professionalism and patience. Thank you Jason. You were truly a pleasure to work with.

Daniel O'Brien was the best technician we have had to trouble shoot and service our lift. We would prefer Daniel attend our servicing and maintenance calls in all future cases if possible.

The site supervisor Mark Clements was fantastic from start to finish for our new lift installation and was always available on the phone and to attend site. There was a slight issue with the install tolerance but Mark immediately arranged for this to be rectified. Overall a painless experience

Daniel and Jarrah we’re great on site, professional and prompt every day. They were able to install our lift with no supervision while the job continued to operate around then.
