I have used Easy Link Conveyancing for 5 times in a row now. The first 3 times was with Naomi Lam, the 4th time was with Rose Tran and the 5th time was with Yen Nguyen.

They are exceptionally dodgy and don’t pay their workers.
They called and asked me to come in for the day for training (which they are still meant to pay you for anyway) I worked 10am-5pm with not even a 20 minute break. Doing contracts I’ve never even done before (I wouldn’t be happy if that was my contract). Showed me how to do them for about half an hour then made me sit there the rest of the day processing contracts for clients. That was almost 2.5 weeks ago now and they still refuse to pay me because they think they don’t have to. Seeing this place as an insider for the day. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - you will be screwed over!

Fantastic Conveyancors! Highly recommended. Took care of every detail and even chased me when necessary, so that everything went through smoothly and on time.

Had a terrible experience with this firm and as below. Think twice before using them.

1. Lot of actions sent 1 day before the settlements, where all documents were provided weeks and weeks back. Had to print documents, take to witness / sign and lot of stress at the last day. Lucky I was at home and otherwise settlement should have been delays.

2. Very big hidden fees for disbursements, didn’t inform us in anyway and charged a significant amount top of normal fees for this. Talk with them and be aware of this hidden fees.

Will not use this firm again.

Very greedy, careless and non professional people, never trust them when taking one of your most important decision of buy a property.
They initially quote me $800 total cost for settlement and final bill was over $1700 with so many hidden cost added in it. They were not able to produce the details of expenses made for collecting information on my behalf. They charge 20 times more than actual cost for disbursement cost.
When I refused to use their services. They did not release my Pexa ID till last moment of settlement and caused a big trouble for me. They charged me $1430 to release my ID for settlement. So that I can hire someone else and go for my settlement. It put me under stress at the last moment of settlement of my property.
Very misleading, greedy and rude people. I would never recommend them to anybody.

Sandy Luong rates 10 out of 10. I've never dealt with any conveyancer that is on point, polite, responsive, informative and proficient as Easy Link Conveyancing. A reply to every query by email within a very short time and our settlement was brought forward by weeks which saved further expense. I wouldn't recommend anyone else from now.
