Don't buy from here. Their manager is super intimidating, gasslighting and rude to women and conduct is scammy. Untrustworthy! Very misleading. Shoodnt be in business (manager is so rude). How can dealers be rude, intimidating customers? I feel totally scammed by them. Disgraceful!

Excellent experience buying a used Skoda from Eastside Skoda. Calvin was a legend helping us decide on the right car and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Disappointed with my service here. Decided to try a new service location due to convenience for my 2019 Fabia. Was charged extra for a brake fluid change even though I had received this in my previous service. I have also already paid for my 5 year service package so was not sure why I had to pay this out of pocket. The advisor Wayne reassured me this was correct at the time of service. Questioned it at the time but wasn’t confident enough to push for it. Checked terms and conditions after and checked with my usual service advisor. Called up and they apologise for the mistake and were happy to provide a refund however, I’ve sent several emails and called them about this, it’s been 5-6 weeks now and I haven’t received my refund. They just want sales, don’t come here.

We just bought a new Octavia RS and we love it. Johann was excellent and very helpful throughout the process. The car was presented beautifully when we went to pick it up and Johann spent quite a bit of time introducing us to all of the functionality. We're very happy with the service and our new car.

Iv just transacted my third car in 4 years from Eastside Skoda, there team is the best. Everytime I deal with Johann he is informative and effecient. I usually need a new car within a week or so and the last two times I have driven out within in days, finance and all. There management team is easy going and finance is easy. If you need a Skoda, (and you should, because there the best car at price point) travel to Eastside. Ask for Johann his knowledge of these cars blew me away, when he told me stuff about my four year old kodiaq I had no idea. Thanks guys, see you in 2025, (probably).

Purchased a top of the line Skoda Kodiaq RS from Eastside several months ago. While the overall experience of purchasing was satisfactory, the brand new car came without the engine covers. I was told that they were faulty and that the manufacturer will be shipping off a new engine cover soon.

More than six months have passed, despite several follow-ups, no updates, no proactive contact from Eastside service department. You buy a 76k dollar vehicle and get treated worse than a 2nd hand car buyer will get treated. Never going back to Eastside for a vehicle purchase despite being in love with Skoda’s.

I don’t want this to be an unauthentic post or review hence wish to clarify that the RS is a beast and it’s a ridiculously good car.

We visited this dealership twice. The first time we had not decided on a Skoda but were so impressed with the level of service and quality of vehicles we returned some months later. The second time we did buy one.
The Manger, Rob Little, impressed as a man who treated customers and staff alike, (with respect). His down to earth approach, honesty and knowledge, inspired confidence and trust. We are an older couple and Rob steered us in the direction of a car "fit for purpose" rather than our first choice, which on reflection would have been inappropriate. This was in our interests, not his!
This is our second Skoda and we could not be happier.

Bought a Skoda Karoq last month, luckily enough it was not a long waiting period during the pandemic. Thanks to new car executive Ben Wong's recommendation, I think I chose the right family car for me and kids. Ben apparently knows Skoda well and his suggestions are both useful and easy to understand (I know nothing about cars). He is an honest, professional and kind sales and I will definitely recommend my family get their cars from Ben when they come to Melbourne later.
