Eastlink Hotel reviews
13Love this place, it’s a great looking building. All of the staff and guests keep to themselves (you will not hear a peep from anyone)
Have you ever been to a horrible Hotel without any room service? Well. This is the exact opposite of that, after figuring out how to physically (and mentally) get in to the building your greated by many friendly faces and taken to a cozy room, although something that concerns me is the plastic plants in the hallway are actually living!
Reminds me of the hotel I stayed at in Chernobyl and the Nasi Goreng was too spicy. Won’t ever stay here again.
Stayed at the Eastlink hotel last week for 2 nights. If you're looking for something a bit different, this is the place for you! No online bookings, which is why it only gets 4 stars. Just show up and pay the dishevelled looking guy around the back $20 and he'll let you in. Make sure you give the creature in the lift the secret password, if you get it right, he'll telepathically cleanse you of your traumas. Very nice guy.
Stayed there no room service, front desk was unoccupied, the restaurant was poor
just what falls off back of trucks.
I stayed here for 14 nights in 2020 after returning from abroad for busienss, it was the best run quarintine hotel opperating at the time, im my opinion. I stayed here again in march 2022 for 4 nights for a business conference, same great service, continental breakfast is complimentary for the room, the concierge staff are very accommodating when procuring ladys of the night for some moch neded company, slip afew quid for Sam at the front desk and he'll get you anything you want
Where to start, Mark the valet was very nice however he looked quite homeless and had bad odour…actually to think of it I still don’t have my car back. While sleeping I felt secure as I kept seeing security surround the place asking where am I and “the police are on the way” The hotel has a funny system as you have to pay the police instead of the hotel and they give you a free ride back home telling me stories that I shouldn’t drink that much blah blah. Would recommend again, however I cannot return for some reason.
This accommodation could be better. The freeway noise is shocking, and there is nowhere to park.
Victorian government doing everything they can to waste money.
One of many “art” installations on East and Pen Link.
5 stars from me. Wow. The hotel staff were extremely accomodating for myself, my 23 extended family members, my three chickens, my pet ostrich and my sack of bananas. Ronald, the hotel concierge greeted me with a firm handshake then proceeded an improv dance for 30 minutes upon entry! My pet ostrich even joined him on the last 5 minutes. The room was clean but full of yellow crayons which I found quite bizarre! We were eventually upgraded to the Shane Warne suite after I complained the pillows had been replaced with lemons. The Shane Warne suite was incredible and my whole family were bowling flippers for the majority of the stay. 5 Stars! Thankyou Ronald and the team at the eastlink.
Great stay there, place was immaculate and food was fantastic. Place is very insulated against the sound so you may need to knock quite loudly for them to let you in
Eastlink Hotel is an art installation and not a real hotel. It was unveiled in Nov 2007 and is located along the Eastlink Highway, no doubt confusing multiple motorist as to what this hotel was doing in such an out of the way location.
I stayed here for a few nights. It was an amazing motel. Fabulous view and upscale service. The price is also competitive. I will definitely stay in this motel again next time.
