Eastland Shopping Centre reviews
78Beautiful mall, extremely neat, ample parking, train and buses opposite mall, this is fantastic, especially for those using public transport. This is truly a shoppers paradise.
If you like endless dress and shoe shops, you’ll be in heaven. Also, if you leave still feeling like you need a coffee, you have a problem. Under cover parking can also be a bit of an issue at times. Otherwise, just another example of our oversized suburban shopping centres.
First time here and I was impressed of how good this mall is organized! Such a celebration spirit around Christmas time now
As far as large centres go, Eastland is the best layout with good architecture and design. Unrenovated carpark areas become extremely clogged
Great Shopping center
Great Range of Shops
Everything you need.
Food Court, Great range of Restaurants, Cinema
My Go to Bigger Shopping center.
Easy to get turned around and lose your directions very easily. Info screens need updating. Great shops though!
Good service, but at the time one of the parking payment machines wasn't working and there was no out of service sign, and uncertainty where to find another machine to pay
Help, help! I'm still walking around here looking for an exit. I successfully navigated the chasam like expanse between shops on level 2, and I think I've reserved sufficient supplies for the return journey; in the worst case I'll send the sled dogs ahead to alert the lead party that hopes are fading that we'll make it out before winter sets in.
I'll leave behind my journals at the base of the northbound escalator 63a, in hopes that others can learn from our expedition, and reach the coveted goal, Pandora. Although I hear that the native population have been queueing there for some time hoping to consult the Oracles in order to get magic charms, so perhaps there is no rush.
The car park way out design is very confusing. Although there are signs for direction, but it is not clear. Lots of give ways causing traffic jams in the car park. It took us more than 15 min to get out.
Your security team Muhammad & Om Prakash & others where extremely helpful locating my elderly Mum & partner's car yesterday after they were wandering around lost looking for where they had parked. First shopping trip out after months of lockdown had turned into a nightmare as they rarely shop at Eastland & had become totally lost!
A lovely lady Nevy who I think works at Eastland spent over an hour driving them around all the carparks & various levels looking for their "lost" car! Eventually with no luck I called your after hours security & they were very kind also & were able to locate on the security cameras where the car was parked & got them safely back to their car! Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone involved!
Love the food court heaps of different cuisines to choose from, exceptionally busy on the weekend
Incomprehensibly large. Many different shops with decent prices if you are willing to go to Ringwood
Yeah incredible.read this buddy. The worst shopping centre.staff are aggressive and rude.just go to Chadstone or Forest Hill shopping centre.doesn't worth spending a weekend at Eastland with their rude staff. I will share details here so everyone will know: I spent over 3 hours in the centre and spent over 300 dollars and come to car park, at the gate I realise the gates not opening. I press the assist button at the gate and the staff say more than 3 hours I have to pay $7. I tell them I spent over $300.they tell me go back to the shopping centre and validate your ticket. I tell them which ticket.there are no tickets.they say go to information they will sort it for you.traffic is building up behind my car.and I tell them how can I go to info desk.they tell me reverse! I tell them there is an easier way.you open the gate and I will go in and validate my ticket.they said no reverse.your staff have put the safety of me and my family at risk.never back at Eastland
I got told I wasn't allowed to sit down because I was spreading covid. I was waiting for my food, did it matter if I was sitting down rather than standing?
I still stood up and complied because they were just doing their job.
But the security guard kept staring at me after I stood up for them and it made me feel uncomfortable.
Eastland is really great! I love the array of different stores with high class service such as Haighs chocolate and big w, and Myers and David Jones and Uniqlo. I definitely suggest shopping there for special occasions!
The shopping jewel of the outer east. Eastland having recently upgraded is the go to place for your retail therapy needs. Free parking a bonus.
Eastland has dropped in their standard. Lately our family of 4 have been disappointed with our visit. On multiple occasions we had called up the concierge to enquire if the kids play center is open and on both occasions we were told we are. Now understand we have 2 toddlers who were looking forward to playing at these normally wonderful facilities, but to be told each time that it's close, it's just plain cruel. Furthermore, after sending feedback to their management team explaining this situation, I have received no response whatsoever.
Tldr: If you have kids. Don't go till they open up the playcenter and don't believe the concierge when they say it is
Easily one of the nicest shopping centres in Victoria. Has (almost) as much as Chadstone, without the crowds.
Pretty poor effort with controlling people within centre. Fair few not wearing masks including staff in some shops. Security wandering around doing absolutely nothing to get people to wear masks. Also store staff not refusing to serve customers not wearing masks nor doing anything about checking that people using qr code.
Eastland Shopping Centre always seems to be a fantastic experience. It's always spotless and the staff are very friendly and more than willing to help wherever they can.
It's always a pleasure to shop here or even simply just go window shopping here to kill some time.
