Fantastic dealership and staff! We purchased a couple of new cars here recently and the customer service is amazing. Big shoutout to their Sales Executive Matthew, who was great to deal with. Very well informed on the different models, really polite and fun to chat with. None of that typical old school sales pressure from anyone we spoke with in there. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market.

Had my car serviced and had great customer service and wonderful communication all the way. Fixed service fee is a great asset.

Eastern Suzuki did a terrific job with my latest service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work ahead of schedule. They even washed my car and vacuumed it to showroom standard - making it look like a brand new car. Very impressed with all aspects of the service, keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, great service, courtesy drop off back home and pick-up when car ready for collection. Friendly reminder when service is due, and a reminder of service appt the day before service is very helpful. Everything is made easy and convenient. The courtesy car wash and vacuum is a great touch! Very happy customer.

Bhing, the lovely lady at reception was excellent and went out of her way to help with clear explanations and timely texts to keep me updated. So why only two stars? Well despite my assistance dog being clearly jacketed another employee was very rude and aggressive in his manner towards me saying I could not have a “pet” in the courtesy car. He was quickly overruled by a more senior person who overheard him but obviously more training is needed around the laws covering people who use assistance animals is needed at this business. To say nothing of how to properly address a customer. His outburst was totally unwarranted and unacceptable.

Gotta be more careful guys at Croydon Suzuki service. I had my car serviced yesterday and was told they couldn’t repair a puncture. I took it this morning to a tyre place near home and was told that the wheel nuts were stripped from recent service. So now I have to wait all day until they source new ones.

My wife called up to ask about brake pad fault recall after receiving a letter while away on holidays. The customer service operator was rude and abrupt and dismissed it as “another overreaction” shocking customer service and as a result will be moving the servicing of the car to another location. Avoid them and look at another dealer as they are not customer focused at all.

I will never ever EVER return to this place, where the service guy threw his clipboard at my car and I felt the manager basically dismissed me when I told him what happened! Had to take it up with head office. They buffed out the scratches. I was also told that if I wasn't happy to get in my car and p*@s off. I wish they had security cameras at their entrance. I will NEVER return

Great team at Eastern Renault. Could not thank Simon enough for such wonderful service.

Oh and the Koleos is a superb car. A heck of a lot of car for the money.

With the service on my suzki swift. And l be taking my car there for the rest time l in Melbourne.

I have taken my Suzuki here for the past 10 years for its service and they have always looked after me well. Friendly, honest staff and great customer service. I have luckily had very few issues with my car and when I have, they fix them up and keep it running well with each scheduled service.

Shane from Eastern Suzuki provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was back to me as quickly as possible. Being that the service centre was fully booked, and my request came “out of the blue”, I was more then impressed with the care and understanding Shane gave to my situation.
I would recommend Eastern Suzuki to anybody.
Best in the Business in my opinion.

Great service! I got there before they'd let me know my car was ready. I went for a walk and then decided to hang out in the park opposite. One of the team spotted me and came across the road to give me an update. It was really appreciated:)

I brought a new Suzuki from the salesman Simon Culhane, he made a lot of promises he couldn’t keep to get the sale and then refused to get me quotes for genuine Suzuki extras, when I complained he made false reviews on my own business personal page.
He has never been a customer of ours. Go elsewhere if you want good and honest service.
