I have been treated by both Ryan & Garwing over couples of months after my shoulder and hand injuries, both are caring, client centred and knowledgeable practitioners. Garwing sets me up with a comprehensive exercise rehab plan that actually works, I am almost pain relief on my shoulder now, and the rehab exercise following hand surgery is really helpful.
I never hesitate to recommend them to family & friends.

I recently went to see Ryan, needed an urgent appointment to fix my neck before jumping on a 14hr flight overseas on holiday. He was able to book me in quickly and get the neck freed up and moving again just in time for me to head off and enjoy the holiday Ive been waiting 3 years for, pain free! As a dancer its great to know someone like Ryan who has the experience and knowledge to help deal with sports injuries. Highly recommended.

I saw Garwing and went to him as I had sharp pain in my knee when I was running and bike riding. Garwing was able to tell exactly where the pain was coming from and the problems that arose from my injuries. Once he started to treat my knee and gave me clear instructions on what exercises and rehab I would have to do to strengthen it, I have seen tremendous progress from the multiple sessions I have had with Garwing. I can now thank Garwing that I can exercise without any pain.

Ryan was a wealth of knowledge and was able to fix my Plantar Fasciitis Injury (foot) without needing to reduce my training. He not only worked on the injury itself but gave me stretch and strengthening exercises to do at home. Would highly recommend Ryan for any sports injuries.
