Excellent customer service from ordering a 3c/m skip through to delivery and pickup.
I appreciated the flexibility when Arthur was able to expertly drop off the skip in the yard rather than on nature strip and called ER to not charge me the additional fee.
Pick up was also hassle free.
Overall a great experience and will definitely use ER again.

Dodgy weighbridge!
Had a van full of carboard from an ikea couch and cabinet and they claimed I had 120kg of refuse. Charged me $84 for what was dry, flat packed cardboard. The entire delivery docket from ikea stated a total weight of 94kg. Beware of dodgy pricing by weight!
Friendly and helpful customer service from when you enter as well as in the shed. While doing the gruelling task of getting rid off unwanted stuff the staff here actually made it a great experience!

I've organised ~6 skip bins to be delivered to my home over the last 6 months while doing a range of DIY projects. The skips were always promptly delivered (whenever I needed, usually within 24hrs of calling) and the drivers always greeted me with a smile on their faces
Went there today to drop off a modular couch set, some kitchen chairs and a mattress. The fees were really reasonable and the staff were friendly. Overall a great experience.
Staff are very accommodating, polite, helpful, "BUT" the fees are astronomical. I only go there if I'm pressed for time.
Always helpful and friendly here and green waste rates are better than other places! Free mulch is also a bonus just 10 dollars and the will load it for you
