Horrible service tried scamming me so I bought the parts put them in and gave it back to them for a rowdy and they charged me $180 when a re service fee is $50. They tried saying it took them 2 or more hours to look at the car. What a joke! Never recommended they said it will be $1.2k for 1 shock absorber and an o2 sensor did it myself and decided to do both shockers yet it still only costed $500 including the $180 re service

Now aran the mechanic wants to have words with a 17yr but wouldn’t speak to my father says a lot about his business and the “man” he is. Called plenty of other places up to also confirm they were scamming and you guys did not scan my car in your own words we don’t know if it’s a pre or a post o2 sensor bc we haven’t scanned your car. Cant believe this place is even open with the way they treat a customers

Amazing service, as usual. They truly care, listen and go above and beyond. It's a pleasure to deal with every single Eastern Ranges Motors employee.

Very disappointed. $99 road worthy, rubbish. $160 for holden commodore. Do the test friday, rubbish, not even looked at. Numerous defaults, rubbish, only some genuine.

This is my go-to place for all my car servicing. I've been going here since back when it was Magnas'r'Us, and lost count how many years I've been going.

They are fair, know what they are talking about, and good for a laugh once you get to know them.

It can get VERY busy there so always book ahead when you can, especially if you need a loan car.

Got quoted 2700$ for a rwc. I was flat out lied to about bushes being cheaper to replace them the whole part, tires being being “unroadworthy” when they are not. Got it looked at by another mechanic and over half of the items defected didn’t need to be. Obviously saw an opportunity to take advantage of a young person.

Aaron is a clear, friendly and effective communicator and was beyond fair with me.
I highly recommend, my car drives much smoother after his service.

Used to go here when they were called magna's r us and then they changed name. I took my performance car numerous times here and had issues and explained, car was detuned without my permission and the issue was "said" to be fixed, then 1 minute into driving it I realized the issue was still there. They also charged me for a part they ordered in and never called me. I called the shop and didn't receive any reply back ever. Rip off, Thought Aaron was professional but just another common thief. DO NOT go here if you have a car worth over 5k, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Absolutely awesome experience with these guys couldn't recommend them enough! I was told by 2 other places that my car needed to be wrecked and that I had no hope of fixing it without spending an absolute fortune. These guys fixed my car for wayyy less back to feeling brand new and they were also super helpful and friendly. Lifesavers!

They were my first mechanic and I couldn't be happier and I've been using them ever since. They do great work, fast work, and always give me a great deal. I've had a few hiccups here and there but even then they're great.professional and friendly team. I would highly recommend them.
