Wouldn't recommend there truck drivers as they damage peoples property when on the wrong property don't own upto it then when the manager is given the 4 regos it could be got told nothing we can do about this as they all denied it.highly do not recommend.

Worst company to deal with sent out a guy who doesn’t even work for them. Just a contractor messed up the whole site and left also charged us in full.

No experience with the products, but their driver was terrible and blocked off traffic stopping across a clearly marked and busy 'Do not block' area.

The most aggressive and ignorant drivers on the road. The driver in Sydney with trailer 079 plates is an absolutely unprofessional driver. Should be fired as he represents this company poorly. What an idiot.

One of your drivers was tailgating me for a good 5 minutes. Even thou I was driving at the speed limit. Very dangerous considering it was dark, and recently rained

DISORGANISED, DISFUNCTIONAL, DISHONEST.
Where do I start? They did not confirm my forthcoming booking, so I had to chase. Several calls up to 15 minutes on Hold. They tried to over quote from the original booking, when I sought confirmation. They "Forgot" to send cleanfill and then wanted to charge for Bobcat sitting idle because of their oversight. They never kept me informed of LATE Soil (3.5 hours late). They inadvertently cancelled 2 trucks instead of 1, and tried to blame me. When I confirmed times and charges via email, they ignored the email (ie no response) and overcharged my credit card anyway. Female receptionist, abrasive and rude. These people are cowboys and crooks. NEVER AGAIN.
P. S. Advice to competing Earth moving companies, just give good old fashioned honest service and you'll take away ALL of EPH's business.

Useless and incompetent. Booked a machine almost three weeks ago. Rang to postpone booking only to find booking wasn't marked in on their end. Machine was due today. Got to site at 7 am and waited for an hour and a half before calling only to be told they had attempted to call on Friday (no missed calls or messages logged) and that no machines would be available until mid to late January. What a joke you are. Fortunately I went through another efficient and competent local business who got someone out this afternoon. Absolutely disgusted

Having read the appalling reviews, i need to add another one. Their thuggish intimidating contract drivers are now making their presence felt
in Henry Road, Wantirna South. Council intervention was required, to stop
their stand over tactics, of parking trucks over driveways, speeding in a small residential street & using air brakes to intimidate the residents.

Read all the reviews about there drivers. I just seen 1 of there trucks nearly take out 4 cars on Ballarat Rd. Bottom of the barrel drivers, probably all ice heads.

These trucks are endlessly roaring through Montrose lately. Engine brakes and then accelerating through roundabouts and at the lights. Very scary, noisy and dangerous.

Do not deal with this company. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They will overcharge you and rip you off. They will charge out 3 times what the actual tip fees are and when they get caught out they will try and cover it up.

We always work with them. Always on time. They offer great professional services at a good price. Four stars to encourage them to continue their good job and get perfect.

I hired these guys when I was doing a pool dig and the job they did for me was extremely fantastic and the operators were very courteous and polite
so all that guys mention here are unbelievable. Keep up the good job you guys do as always

Just got ran off the road by one of their drivers who completely cut me off rego 76916-S psychotic driver. Tried to call their office, 15 minutes on hold with no answer. I'll be staying clear of this company that's for sure.

Try someone else, as they will take your money but take no responsibility for the decietful conduct of their drivers-contractors,
