Have had 3 bad experiences.
1) first time I went there, the staff was rude and did not like me taking a while to choose what I wanted to buy.
2) second time I went there, one guy cut meat wearing gloves and used the same gloves to sort out my change. He didn't even bother to remove the gloves. The coins that I got were covered in blood and was disgusting.
3) finally, the third and the last time I went there, I bought goat curry pieces. I didn't even get one piece that had meat on it. It was just a pile of bones. It was more like soup bones than curry pieces. It also tasted old or frozen. Paid 18 dollars for that pile of bones. Won't be going there again

Fresh meat, friendly and helpful staff. Specially that I am a student and didn’t know much about cooking, one of the staff members told me how to cook an amazing dish.

Bought 2.5 kg goat meat only to know that it doesn't taste normal. Partly meat was frozen (i specifically asked for fresh meat). $40 worth of meat drained. Not going again.

Friendly staff and good quality of meat. Especially the marinated chicken is so good. Definitely going back.

Excellent customer service serving customers even at 10 pm in night when they’re cleaning shop and still they don’t let customer go back disappointed

The owner is friendly and helpful. Loved the quality of chicken. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, they prepare special marinated meat and chicken items, do check it out. We got marinated chicken pieces and it was awesomely delicious. The quality of the chicken, marination sauce and herbs and the tenderness was so good. Will definitely be returning, almost every week. Can't resist the temptation of such high quality and delicious chicken. Check out yourself for once and you would never look for something else.

Excellent meat i have ever tasted in Melbourne. Mr Nabeel, the owner of the business, was so humble to give us meat even after business hours coming all the way from home. This is customer service at its peak. Thank you.
