6It says 24/7 but when I call them around 10.45pm they asked me to call back in the morning for assistance.
We had an organised power outage due to power poles needing being replaced outside the bakery I manage today (Woodfrog Bakery). I contacted several companies and Eastern Generators was given the job. They were extremely professional and worked very well with us, Citipower and the inspector. I was worried about the outage as it would have serious impact on our business but the team at Eastern Generator Hire had it all under control. We are back on the grid now with no issues or impact on the business.

We were working on a project in Geelong and late on a Thursday arvo Rod and I were discussing the possibility of delivering a 110kVa generator and fuel cell to Geelong on the Monday of the following week. By the Friday morning the delivery was confirmed and we had the gen-set on site by 8am Monday.

I engaged EGH in for an outdoor work event in Healesville that was held in July. The event was for over 150 staff and community members. I needed a generator to power multiple items - porta loo, coffee cart, Lots of AV equipment, lighting, heating just to name a few. I was very nervous as I had NEVER organised any of my events outdoors but Rod from EGH made things very easy and stress free for me. Rod was very knowledgeable, accommodating, provided amazing customer service and support. EGH are very well priced in comparison to another provider I contacted in Lilydale. I also learnt that EHG can provide their services across Victoria which is good to know as I organise events all over the state. I will definitely use EGH for any future outdoor events!
