TERRIBLE customer service. Still waiting for a seat ordered 11 months ago. I completely understand about the delays due to covid as it is out of their hands, however what I can’t get past is the lack of customer service. I can’t even get a response back!

Easterly offered a product that has been incredibly hard to find. Jon and Amanda were very helpful and easy to deal with. Had a hiccup with a not-so-pleasant staff member when there was a second delay to our order, but Jon quickly addressed the problem immediately and rectified it. Very looking forward to this table!
