Jacqueline is an amazing acupuncturist. She has a very friendly, professional and lovely personality, and I've been really happy with her treatments. I started seeing Jacqueline for desperate help with my hives, and she has helped me so much and has been so understanding towards how agonising daily hives can be!

I came to Jacqueline with severe eczema, hives, allergies and hay fever - acupuncture and Chinese medicine tremendously reduced my allergies and completely eliminated my eczema and skin problems. If you suffer from allergies (especially in Melbourne's climate) I cannot recommend trying Chinese medicine enough. Jacqueline herself is very attentive, professional, and a lovely person - the place is really beautiful too.

I found that she was precise in her diagnostic and gentle in the delivery of the acupuncture treatment which prove effective to alleviate the pain.

I've been experiencing chronic tightness in the neck and upper trapezius for the longest time, and stretching, acupuncture, regular massages and chiropractic treatments only gave temporary relief.
Dr Jacqueline Heng of Eastential suggested the Gua Sha treatment. "Gua Sha is an ancient TCM treatment to remove stagnation of qi, excess toxins or heat, and to stimulate blood flow and qi", she explained. It has been years since my last Gua Sha treatment so I willingly went ahead with it. Within seconds, my neck turned a gross, abusive red, as a result of qi stagnation, energy blockage from repetitive strain, and probably body heatiness.
The treatment didn't hurt at all, and when she was done, my back and neck was certainly not a pretty sight, but I felt so much better, and immediately had more range of movement in the neck. Needless to say, I slept like a baby that night. Surprisingly, the marks faded to almost nothing the next day. Dr Heng recommended that I continue with Gua Sha once a week (too much would be depleting) until the discomfort in my neck disappeared, then after it would be occasional sessions for maintenance.
