Always enjoy visiting this clinic. The reception staff are warm and friendly. I usually see Dr Martin Hartnett as he has been our family GP for many years, and he is very experienced. I have sometimes seen Dr Onsy Hanna and Dr Macaulay - both lovely doctors and very thorough.
Be careful if you are thinking to visit here. 99% chance is that your experience will be appalling. Good luck
Dr Macaulay is the best GP in Melbourne. I've seen my fair share and he is absolutely amazing. Caring, considerate and professional.
Our experience with Dr Fernando was appalling. She kept us waiting 2 hours past our appointment time after admitting she forgets to look at the online appointments. She then asked my 18 year old what she normally takes and what she had last time, not being able to find anything on the system. Who is the doctor here?
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
This is about Dr. Nelun Fernando, She wanted to finish quickly, because another patient waiting out there. So I had to put an another appointment to continue my consultation. Charges also so expensive. I felt like she already criticised me. Didn't give any medication or advise. Told me to come next day. Same day i went different GP and he directed me for scan and blood test. I really wasn't well.
Receptionist also nil.
