Eastbrooke Family Clinic Belmont reviews
14Don’t waste your time going here. I don’t understand how they are a priority care centre! We waited 3 hours and left without seeing a doctor!
Don’t go here. I was advised by a medical professional due to my ongoing ear ache it’ll be better to go do a walk in to the priority care centre referred from another clinic, as it hasn’t been getting any better and may be urgent.
I was never informed from the receptionist here that it wasn’t a first priority. I waited about an hour and then was told rudely from the red haired nurse that my painful ear ache was “not an emergency” and that I should have booked an appointment with my GP. She has zero empathetic communication skill.
This ear ache has had me clawing the walls begging for relief, it’s not your place to decide that a debilitating ear ache is not in need of swift care.
I tried making an appointment with various clinics but they are fully booked till the end of July. I told her I have tried for the last week and goes on telling me rudely “aren’t they open till like 8pm”.
I work afternoons and evenings and pride myself on doing what I can to be there because we are under staffed.
The nurse at this family clinic has no place working as a care provider when she doesn’t care.
I sat upset and wondering why I ever came for help here while waiting for the doctor to give me relief. Went there for care and came out worse.
The doctor was very understanding and was able to help me. He is deserving of working in the industry.
Red haired nurse should work for VicRoads or something, not in patient care.
We came here after a long night of waiting to be treated in the Uni hospital emergency department for a bad cut on my partners foot. We were treated with respect and care as soon as we arrived at PPCC. Everyone was super lovely and they did a great job fixing him up. If it’s before 9pm and you don’t want to go to emergency, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks team
My experience was appalling. I had been going to this practice for years, but when I was genuinely unwell and needed help the Doctor was running late, judgemental, unhelpful and lacked any compassion. I avoid ringing the clinic as most of the receptionists are rude. I had to attend another clinic for appropriate treatment. Don’t waste your precious health and time with these insensitive uncaring judgemental individuals.
Doctors are fantastic! Receptionists - not so much. I have been a patient for over 8 years and I always bit my tongue giving feedback - but I think I will provide soon to the practice. I’ve observed numerous times (and experienced myself) the unprofessionalism shown by the front desk /receptionists. One time I saw the receptionist yell at an elderly patient. Totally unprofessional. And I find the receptionists here are so impatient and always cutting me off when I’m explaining the times or dates that I need when booking an appointment. I understand there is a high volume of patients that you need to attend to but at the end of the day, it is the level of service that you need to provide so customers of this clinic feel like they are being treated well and nicely. I have heard so many dissapointing stories from my family and friends who attend this clinic regarding the service of the front desk staff.it’s a shame because the doctors all are fantastic!
My mum and I went to the clinic.the receptionist was so rude with no tact or social skills what so ever, I was even nervous to ring the clinic to get my results transferred once again rude
My 87 year old mother, who has macular degeneration on both eyes and is legally blind, was met with rudeness by the receptionist a5 Eastbrooke who refused to assist mum in finding the services victoria app so she could show her vaccination status. Not only that, but the receptionist also felt it appropriate to tell mum that 'she needed to learn how to do this herself' disregarding and ignoring mum who had to repeatedly tell her that she physically could not see. This whole episode was extremely upsetting for mum, and I find it incredulous that a clinic that mum has been attending for years would treat her like that.
Such a worst clinic i have never seen i spent 300 for an appointment first i waited for doctors for more than 30min and second time more than 30min after my appointment time, no value for the peoples time and the staff is very rude atleast no sorry, such a worst clinic very disappointed
The best medical clinic in Geelong Dr Titova is such a caring professional and amazing doctor I would never go anywhere else
Service was excellent - very professional and absolutely felt like I was being looked after a d treated with care
Filled out website form for booking. Then informed after the fact that I had to call for booking. Then told on the phone that I can't book over phone because I'm new. Then told I'd receive call the next day. No call. No message. In one word: Unprofessional.
Don’t take your child here! The lowest sanitary standards I’ve ever witnessed in my life. I was horrified.
After taking my senior mother to this clinic, on several occasions, I am frustrated with the receptionists lack of professionalism. Ignoring, eating, chewing, discussing personal and clients life in front of waiting patients isnt what I would consider to be polite or ethically acceptable.
My mother is very happy with her doctor as he goes beyond her expectations.
Its a shame that the first impressions of this clinic is less than exceptional for a family friendly practice.
I, for one, are extremely satisfied with the staff and doctors at the Eastbrooke Clinic. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and have nothing but praise for the hard working reception staff.
