Very happy with the all round service you get at the Eastbrooke Clinic. Dr Catherine Falconer has been very caring, helpful and compassionate to our family, could not recommend her enough.

Dr Shazia Bashir is amazing! Best GP in the Essendon/Niddrie suburbs. The reception team was amazing too, very friendly and efficient. The clinic was exceptionally clean and hygienic. Dr Bashir was very considerate, caring and attentive. The consultation was thorough and didn’t necessarily resulted in medication, instead professional medical advice and guidance. Thank Dr Bashir!

I am so disgusted in the treatment I have received through this place. The lack of care and empathy from Dr Katherine Fawkner is enough to shock anyone. She seems to be to concerned ensuring she is more superior than you, to concerned about her pockets and making sure they get lined prior to your health. I found the reception staff slack and rude with a slaphappy attitude towards everyone coming in and out. I will never ever go back here and I will go out of my way to ensure nobody I know steps foot near this place. Horrid!

I have been a patient of Eastbrooke Medical clinic for more than a decade. My consulting Dr has consistently throughout that time been Dr Vivian Periera. It would be fair to describe the meticulous care and attention Dr Periera provides, as outstanding. Dr Periera exhibits a level of medicine that is world class. His knowledge, the time he takes to explain things, his kind, caring and considerate manner he shows, is an assurance you feel everything will be okay. Dr Periera is phenomenal, and the level of service he and Eastbrooke provide is extraordinary. Thank you for all that you have done Dr Pereira, I don’t think I can speak highly of you enough.

Dr. Vivian Pereira is the most professional GP I have ever consulted in my life. Dr. Vivian has a holistic approach to medical care. He listens and provides education with knowledge and delivers this information in a comprehensive and clear manner. He provides the appropriate time for you to explain all your medical needs. I find this very important in my medical care. He has been my GP for nearly five years and at the most difficult time in my life and I would not trust anyone else with my health needs. Genuinely one of the most thorough and caring doctors I have ever met. I would recommend Dr. Vivian to everyone.

Doctors are fantastic. Reception staff on the other hand are close to worthless. Expect to be on hold for up to 10 minutes, and then have the call hangup before you speak to someone. And they don't seem to communicate with the doctors or each other, so expect completely different instructions from each person you speak to. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or what, but this is an absolutely terrible experience.

Eastbrooke Family Clinic is located on Keilor Road Niddrie. It is accessible from Keilor Road and has a rear access, wheel chair accessible, to the building which has customer parking.

As a family we have been going to this clinic from when they were Lincolnville in East Keilor. While having had a main Dr there we have had occasion to see other Drs and they are all amazing and truly care about their patients. It can be really difficult to get appts though, that is one issue but overall, would never go anywhere else.

Dont understand why you advertise that your hours of operation is till 6pm when you will not answer the phone at 5: 40pm

What a wonderful clinic, I have been treated by both Dr Falconer and Dr Grigio and they are both thorough and caring in their manners and I have never been made to feel like a number as I do at many other clinics. This is the place to go if you want a family doctor who is invested in your long term health.

The doctor is very, very good but the reception staff have been rude and impatient with my elderly mother, as if elderly patients are a new thing. Not patient centred or aware that SMS is not always right for older patients. Wholly unacceptable.

This is a wonderful clinc with Drs that truly care for their patients and follow up outside of their required hours to make sure you are getting the best care possible.

I had been going to this clinic since it opened as Lincolnville. When Eastbrooke took over I was concerned. This clinic charges full Wack (out of pocket). The Doc I had was ok a first but as time went on she became Slack and Tried to Dictate my Medications. After I had told several times of what was happening to Me. The straw that broke the camels back was during COVID. I made an appointment to SEE my doctor not phone consult. The clinic rang the day before to make sure I wanted a face to face Consult. I l drove to the clinic waiting in the Carpark only to be rang for a Phone Consultation. I explained that I wanted to see her only to be told this is the COVID way. I found anew clinic Dic changed Meds within a week pain, sleep and many other things improved. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY GOING TO THIS RIPOFF USELESS TEAM

Excellent facility! Clean, organized and the staff and doctors are thorough and kind. Very impressed.went in yesterday dying, woke up this morning feeling profoundly better. Thank you Dr. Dennis, you looked after me very well.
