I differently highly recommend this business called East Motors they look after you even when you leave the site with the vehicle.
They care about making you satisfied then disappoint you can't please everyone and some to most business are not great but
EAST Motors is a good business to start looking for a car if they have what you are after.

Indi was easy to deal with over the phone and on site. We changed our mind after seeing another vehicle that we prefers, this was no issue for Indi even though he had held the other car for a few days.

He even told us how used car trader buy cars, how it all works and the turnaround that comes with it.

The roadworthy had to be done on the day, was competed quickly, allowing us to travel a long distance back home and get there at a decent hour.

I just picked up my new car today. They were really lovely. Didn't make me feel pressured into buying a car, very patient with me.

Have never really enjoyed buying cars in the past. But have never felt so relaxed and un pressured as I was during our recent dealings with East Motors. The boys were flat out on a buisy Saturday afternoon but were so accommodating moving cars and allowing the us to test drive multiple vehicles. My wife and I bought two cars and are extremely happy. Highly recommend.

We have just purchased a Holden colorado from Indy and Stuart at East motors both the guys where excellent, patient and honest to deal with, took it for a test drive noticed a couple small things a noise in the rear suspension (an easy fix) and also the timing belt is due to be replaced under its Holden service schedule, with no hesitation at all the guys called their mechanics to ensure its booked in for the morning and sorted prior to me collecting it tomorrow. If your looking for a top quality car and a honest no fuss experience do not go anywhere else go see Indy and Stuartat East motors.

Be very sure you go over the vehicle you are interested in with a fine tooth comb.
An independent mechanic's opinion is a necessity.

Bought a 2nd hand tray cab ute in March 2022.2011 Navara.we wanted to swap out of a 2WD into a 4WD
We traded two cars, a 2005 Rodeo we had just bought and a low Km 2011 XTrail. We got ok-ish to reasonable trade-ins for two straight very clean cars and both had excellent AT tyres but in COVID were happy to pay a premium and more cash for another 2011 Nissan. We explained to East Motors that the ute had just passed a pink slip check in NSW to enable the sale to us. We never said it passed a Vic RWC. Possibly NSW and Vic safety standards vary- (or somebody is having a crack at us). We also passed on that the elderly couple we had just purchased it off said that the timing belt had been done recently.and we had no reason to disbelieve them. (Every thing else was as they said checked out). V6 Motor sounded good hot or cold on the way back from Coffs.

We had issues. The ute we bought had passed roadworthy but we quickly discovered a broken ERG pipe letting fumes into the cabin and a fault in the tail light assembly. East Motors quickly stepped back and passed us on the independent RWC supplier (who turned out to be very reasonable).
The only key supplied was not not working manually and there was no fuel filler key. That cost us $265 to fix and get a basic spare key and cheap locking filler cap.
The above can be viewed as oversights in a busy yard - but no sympathy at the East Motors end.
BUT ALSO.
There was a windscreen sticker showing a recent service. Turns out the engine oil was old and the filter was ancient and rusty! Trans-fluid was ok. No sign of any new grease underneath.
We were told the service sticker was for a ' basic fluids check' only. Which is not really a SERVICE at all. A proper 'regular' service then cost us $552.20.parts and labour -from our trusted mechanic and it was not an extended service, i.e. Full fluids swap.we planned to do that later as by now we were a bit doubtful about the car!

East Motors had no appetite for even a contribution to these costs.

As the folks at Consumer Affairs Victoria said 'its our word against theirs'. I'd rather not spend time on bad reviews but I think its important to provide an honest account of an unfortunate experience.

Like all car deals once you sign up you are generally on your own.so take your time and be thorough. Wayne and Gretta.

My experience with East Motors was very pleasant they were very polite and willing to have a conversation and willing to answer any questions. The is doing great and I'm very happy with it.

Dad & I bought m first Car, Ford Focus. Indy was easy to deal with car seen, paid and collected in 2 days.

Very good experience, quick and easy. Delivered the car when promised.
When we took delivery of the car we noticed the speedo wasnt working correctly, rang them back and they helped us where to go to get it fixed and even payed for the repair. I would recommend this place to a friend

Such an easy transaction, even with all of the covid restrictions in place. Indy went over and beyond to work with the times that suited me and there was no pressure at all to buy the car. A fantastic easy experience, highly recommended.
