I’ve had a great experience with City CPAP East Melbourne. I was quite nervous going in, especially as I have other conditions - I was worried that the mask would be uncomfortable and I wouldn’t be able to sleep. Karla and the team were fantastic and able to accommodate my needs - including trialling different masks and supporting me at any time even in between weekly appointments. I’d highly recommend the four week trial, as I’ve now found my “perfect fit” with their help.
I've had a really great time at East Melbourne CPAP, especially thanks to Karla who has been really accommodating and knowledgeable with what she does. She is approachable and easy to deal with especially with my requests to change and fit other masks during the trial period. She also helped out in the financing of my machine. Best CPAP service in town and very highly recommended!
