Edit: just realized noodles sold also expired for almost a year. Will be reporting this shop

Very convenient location and pretty cosy (or crowded) in store. You could buy all kind of Korean / Asian stuff here with reasonable price. Shop owner is a very responsible and helpful man.at one time I bought expired food from him and he helped to change it without excuse. I’ll give them 5 star.

Best Asian grocer in the area with lovely service. I’ve shopped here for 20 years and the owner always looks after me, often tossing in little treats for me and my daughter. He stocks the better quality masks with the soft bands that don’t hurt your ears! And his prices are much lower for fresh eggs than the majors nearby. Better quality bean shoots, ginger and other Asian greens too.

I always visited this shop because it one of the closest Asian grocery for me, there are mainly Korean products here which I’m totally happy with that, the owner doesn’t speak much English but that not a problem as well

However, I visited there, looking for kimchi which I thought it a good idea to buy it from Korean grocery directly so I went there go straight to the fridge, when I open it, I found out that the temperature of the fridge is too high so I didn’t buy from them because I was worried that kimchi might not safe to eat when placing in high temperature for too long.

I didn’t tell the owner about it because he was busy on servicing other customer and I’m not sure that they fixed the fridge already or not but please be sure to check it before you buy from here.

Overpriced! Most products have no tag price so they can charge you whatever. The owner never answer my questions and he try to be nice but he is not. Be aware!

Been going here for basically all my life with my mum (and sometimes my brother) and we both love the place.i believe somewhere along the line the man behind the counter changed (i don't remember much of the first one if that's true) but my experiences have been nothing but good ones.i love the man that's there now; he always says hi to us with a lovely smile.i think the pricing is pretty good as it is, and he quite often gives us freebies/discounts on top of that.i once practiced a tiny bit of korean with him (i'm adopted from korea, so i can't speak the language) and he gave me some money back as a "reward" and complimented my pronunciation.the place has quite a good range of snacks, drinks, cooking ingredients, meats.and some really nice cabbage kimchi that i get almost every time i'm there.

Good Asian market with decent prices and fresh produce. Usually plenty of parking especially now with lockdown. They have a variety of korean food too

The old shopkeeper is a two-faced snake. You might have no trouble doing business at all, but just keep in mind his seemingly good attitude can take a sudden dramatic turn. Also make sure the guy doesn't overcharge you, whether or not you're Korean. Can't be too careful here.

They regularly "accidentally" overcharge me, and my mum. This never happens to my Korean friends. If you are Korean, I suppose place is a decent place to shop at. Additionally I have purchased instant noodles and upon closer inspection they were expired. The prices at AlfaMart are cheaper anyway, so why should I give this place my business
