Very dissatisfied with this consultation. The treating physician had offered no greeting and had a very clinical communication style that made me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. I paid $260 for the consultaion which felt very rushed and didn't allow for any detailed conversation. I won't be returning.

As a parent of a very sick child I found the answers and right treatment that I was looking for at East Malvern Dermatology. Dr. Mohamed communicated in a manner that was clear and understandable. He patiently answers all my questions with great consideration and respect. If you are looking for down to earth professionals with a great deal of knowledge and skills, then EMD would fit that bill.

Dr Ross has a lovely manner and has helped both me and my daughter with skin conditions. She's knowledgeable, professional and explains everything clearly.

Extremely grateful for the perseverance of Dr. Matheen for identifying and finding a treatment for Generalised Pustular Psoriasis that I had for a couple of years. The staff at this practice are very efficient and caring which made my visits there stress free.

Gayle Ross is very professional and has a lovely manner but the fees they charge here are outrageous. $240 for initial then $150 for 10 mins when you only get $32 back from Medicare (slightly more on first visit) and they won’t bulk bill is just too much - when they keep asking you to go back after each treatment it quickly adds up 3 visits $540!

Gayle is amazing! She's so thorough with the kindest manner considering she is so incredibly busy. She managed my 11 year old daughter's condition with realistic timeframes explained & in 6 months her skin was back to normal.so greatful for her honesty and pragmatism.
As with all skin conditions, it still flares up yet we know what to do and when to come in if needed. Thank you Gayle

Terrible experience! Paid $230 to found out absolutely nothing. Very old school and not up to date with todays technology. Would NOT recommend.
