Brought in a silk blouse with some mystery stains and they did a fantastic job of getting them out! Blouse is cleaner than when I got it and you wouldn’t have thought any stains were there to begin with

The store managed to clean my dress filled with stains within the small time crunch that i had as i was renting the dress and needed it back by a certain date.collecting the dress, it looked cleaner than when i originally got it.thankful for these lifesavers

Don't, whatever you do.entrust Sam with Alpaca because, in my opinion and experience, he doesn't have, as required by Australian Consumer Law, the skill or knowledge to clean such a delicate fabric. He totally ruined my $400 alpaca throw resulting in shrinkage of width 15cm and length 25cm and now feels like a piece of felt and is no longer light and fluffy as it should be. As dry cleaning does not cause shrinkage, Sam later acknowledged that he may have washed it despite the fact I requested it be dry cleaned.
I am angry that, not only is my throw ruined, he charged me for this and not so much as an apology. Disappointing also is the fact he is not a member of the Drycleaning Institute of Australia.
If I could rate this business as zero, I would.

Never have I ever been SO happy with how my dress turned out. I had cried thinking this $250 dress was trashed and ruined forever, however Kew East Dry Cleaners pulled through and did an AMAZING job. Never been SO thankful for this company! Dress came back as if it was brand new. Will definitely continue to come here. Excellent service.

Honestly I say 5 stars. I’ve been to a lot of dry cleaners over the years but the care attention is stellar. Especially stains (eg fake tan!) on teenager

I took my doona after getting it cleaned elsewhere and not happy with the result. Sam tended to it straight away and did an amazing job it looked brand new. I highly recommend East Kew Dry cleaners won’t go anywhere else!

I called to ask if they could dry clean my coat that I urgently needed for monday and even though they were going to close in an hour the guy accommodated and dry cleaned my coat within the hour. Very friendly and professional place. I'm very happy there is a dry cleaners so close to home that you can rely on. I'm a first time customer and he didn't charge for dry cleaning my coat. Definitely made my day.
Will be using this place for all my dry cleaning and recommending it to all my friends as well.

The guys at East Kew Dry Cleaning are really nice and efficient. When i brought back a dress to be dry cleaned again after only one wear, they did a quick spot clean rather then get then hole dress done again. Saved me money and a return trip

I asked to get my dress hemmed and despite a slight delay in getting it done and another hiccup with the shop temporarily, unexpectedly being closed (something that was out of their control), they went above and beyond to make up for it.
They offered to not charge me for the alteration ($25 - quite cheap as I shopped around a little and some other places were quoting $50). I declined the offer as I didn’t think it was necessary and I also offered to pay half the fee but they wouldn’t let me pay for any of it!
It was an additional $10 to get the dress pressed, which I didn’t request and they also did it free of charge.

It is unheard of that customer service is so generous in correcting their errors and I highly commend them for going above and beyond. It shows the care they have for their customer base. Thank you Sam and Team

Cannot speak highly enough of East Kew Dry Cleaners. Took a very problematic rust covered piece of clothing the day before it was needed and not only was their service, quick and professional, but they went above and beyond! Delivering an absolutely pristine item in return. Definitely dry cleaners you can depend on!

I'd highly recommend East Kew Dry Cleaners. Frank went above and beyond to get my suit back to me in record time for a job interview. The service is excellent, the turn around times are fast and the quality of dry cleaning is excellent. Don't go anywhere else in the East.

I highly recommend East Kew Dry Cleaners! I called to ask about having my baptism gown (from 1986!) that was heavily stained yellow, cleaned so that my baby girl can wear it for her baptism. I knew it would be a tough one and had no expectations. They were so lovely on the phone and in person when I dropped it off, and explained what they would try, warning me it may not achieve the result I was after. I then had a phone call a few hours later telling me the bleaching had worked and the gown was back to its original condition - so that I wouldn’t have to wait a week to find out, as they knew it was something that meant a lot to me. So kind! Such good service! Will definitely be using again!
