Kids constantly slamming doors and breaking parts together with house movement created problems with our security doors. One call to East Keilor Security Doors and they promptly attended our residence, assessed the situation and rectified EVERYTHING. Highly recommended.
We had East Keilor doors install a $1000 dollar security door at our office. The lock stopped working within 2 weeks so we contacted them to come and have a look. We emailed, sent sms messages and called (10 times) with no response. Our door can be opened by anyone even if it is locked.
Today we gave up on them and called a locksmith to look at the door. They fixed the problem within 5 minutes at a cost of $165 dollars.
This company seems professional whilst they have your deposit and wait for final payment, then they disappear.
Not impressed.
