Will never use this company again, as their report on our property contained untruths and assumptions with absolutely no prior knowlege on the structural integrity of the building also surveyor and council certified documentation.

Building inspection was based on incorre
ct assumptions with a negative biased language. Not worth the paper it is written on.

We cannot thank East Gippsland Housing Inspections enough, after getting a report done by ### that was not worth the paper it was written on. The new report was nothing short of amazing over 219 photos compared to 9 and the lack of content in ### reports was disgraceful, I cannot recommend Steve enough if your wanting a detailed report and after inspection support for trades etc.

Having read Steve's report and discussed the prospective property with him, I feel absolutely confident that I can make informed decisions despite being a first time home buyer intending to purchase an established, extended and renovated property.
