Great quality, sausages are fantastic, we had lamb shanks that were large and slowed cooked perfect, we also had their chicken sniztels which were melt in the mouth!

Always great produce here. Got some eye fillet from here yesterday. My wife and I have decided that it could have been the best tasting steak we've ever eaten. My expert steak cooking skills helped as well of course:)

I'm sorry to write this but everytime I go in this place I feel like I'm bothering them. The woman that works here never smiles. I feel like I give them better customer service than they give me. I don't doubt the quality of their products but if you're not happy to see your customers walk in then what are you doing working there? I've read good reviews about being friendly but I have yet to have a friendly experience at this butcher. Fingers crossed they read this & take it as constructive feedback because I do like their products and would like to keep coming back.

Great looking cuts, quality is as good as you'd possibly want from a local butcher. Decent marbelling on several cuts of steak

They source great local meats and I love that they also support other local producers in our region such as the Bellarine Smokehouse and (my fav) Corporal Freddies home made (black gold!) Worcestershire sauce and local potatoes growers.
Price is pretty good too

I didn’t want to write this review but i feel it’s necessary so others can be aware of what they have to deal with if they ever have an issue with the product quality. As a regular customer who would spend around $50 per week I was very disappointed with the owner Adam and how he handled my complaint. I purchased chicken drumsticks on Friday and was told they were a fresh batch that came in on that day. I prepare to cook them two days later and they were spoiled. They smelt strongly of an egg which is an obvious sign of salmonella infestation. I take them back on Monday and present them to Adam and he tells me there is nothing wrong with them! This was after he smells them too. This is very puzzling that a meat specialist would seriously try and convince me that there’s nothing wrong with this meat which I personally found very insulting. This is also a dangerous thing to say to a customer as the consumption of spoiled chicken can have devastating consequences on your health. He offered no solution and wouldn’t even take the product back. This was not the only time where the product quality did not meet my standards either but instead I just let it slide. When you buy products from this place I would recommend you have a scale handy and weigh each item because I have caught them out undercutting me on sausages also by 110gm. This latest incident was the last straw for me and the loss of business for Adam was over a measly $4.50 which could have easily been handled in a fair way but he chose to be defensive and not admit that there was anything wrong I’m never coming back he doesn’t deserve my business I’d leave no stars if that was an option adam is very shifty

The meat, all products in this shop is absolutely top shelf. The service is impeccable. This butchers shop is an independent entity, they care about you being 100 % satisfied with their meat.

Went and got 3kg of pork belly today got it home and i forgot to say to have no bone took it back and they were more then happy to cut the bone off for me and further more they replaced the weight of the bone that they cut off with more pork belly with out the bone to compensate for the loss of bone top serve by all there and price was very good also cooked some tonight it was great so no issue with quality of meat thanks again and will definitely be back
