After going to series of chiropractor's over the years, including having acupuncture, scans and all, shane is the utmost professional, kind and thoughtful chiropractor that I have met due date. Also friendly staff at reception. 5 stars.

After 2 visits at the centre with Kaaren, I have to be honest that I was quite disappointed. My first session was thorough, however, my main area of issue wasn't completely covered and I felt another area was focused on more. I was suggested some great options for supplements though.

My second appointment was very disappointing. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, there was no apology and I spent less than 10 minutes in the office. It felt very rushed, and I felt as though my concerns were not being listened to. I have also ended up with very sore muscles after a rushed crack in my neck that has not subsided in weeks.

I did not expect miracles in terms of quick fixes, however, I was very disheartened leaving the session and cancelled my next appointment. I did wonder if this was an unfortunate once off, but someone else I know also had a bad experience with her second appointment feeling unimportant and rushed at the same clinic. With such sensitive health concerns, I feel as though more care and compassion was needed.

Best service I have ever experienced from a Chiropractor (I am 42!). Kaaran was extremely thorough, knowledgable, enthusiastic and communicated beautifully what methods she was using and why. Truly faultless service and I feel so much better. I will be spreading the word. Thank you.
