Reception staff are RUDE and doctors are always running 45 minutes plus late. Do not waste your time with this place.

I have recently become a new patient at this clinic and have found that Dr Prathana shows a caring, empathetic and a gentle approach to health concerns and is happy to answer questions in a non-judgemental way. I definitely will continue to go to this clinic. The other staff including receptionists and nurses are helpful and kind.

Prompt attention by doctor and sister in giving me my implant and injection. Have been attending this clinic for over 40 years.

My current long time Doctor Dr Peter Wolf is a highly skilled Doctor who has always had my full confidence as a Doctor and Gentleman.
. Adding to my previous comments nothing has changed. Paitents are always given 1st class attention. East Doncaster Medical Group is so lucky to have a Doctor in Dr Peter Wolf who's Medical expertise and knowledge is at the highest level.

Dr Tiong and all the staff were very pleasant and efficient, although the appointment was running over 15 minutes late due to unscheduled phone calls. Calls should be scheduled into the daily appointments

Plenty of good doctors. Would love to see electronic scripts to be standard - not currently handled in a consistent manner overall.

I was truly impressed with Dr Prathana taking the time to go over my health concerns & treatment options. The staff are friendly & helpful.

Excellent receptionists and medical staff. Dr. Pathana is wonderful with mental illness and womens health issues. The receptionists and nurses are friendly and professional. Highly recommend the clinic!

Always find this practice helpful and efficient. The doctors are always knowledgeable and caring. Have been a patient of this practice for 12 years.

I was Covid positive and called GP to get some help for the Covid related issues, there was no help at all except to repeating seek medical attention if you are unwell while I explained doctor I am calling to seek medical attention only, her point was to call ambulance if you are not feeling well, why patients are not provided some simple treatment so they don’t reach to that stage? What is the use of GP consultation if they can’t prescribe even a cough syrup? It is just abuse of system charging to bulk billing that is all.

You guys play with the life of Covid patients instead of providing some simple treatment which can control the prolongation of illness and reduce the stress on hospitals

I dont want to mention name of the doctor but it was disgusting help. Just stop taking Covid consultation if you don’t have anything to advise or add

I have been attending this Clinic for nearly 50 years and have always been cared for by the Doctors, Nurses and staff wonderfully well. It is a very caring and friendly place with wonderful Doctors. I always feel safe and looked after.

I have been visiting East Doncaster Medical Group for fifteen years or so. Everybody is just so nice there, Specially my Doctor, DR Peter Wolf. Very knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Front of house staff are impersonal but relatively efficient.
Cannot praise my own doctor, Peter Wolf, enough. Friendly, sympathetic, ready to explain, very knowledgeable and totally
professional, he is everything you could possibly want in a doctor.

I meet Doctors prathana kunwar, she was so friendly Doctor and tell me all details carefully and understanding. I recommend this place for everyone and the reception so helpful to.

Very happy with care and empathy received by the Doctors at this Medical Centre. Dr McKeever and Dr Tiong have looked after our family and extended family for many years and we trust them impeccably. The reception staff are friendly. Do expect to wait a little for this exceptional service, but we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really grumpy reception lady received my phone call. I'm try to get Prize, so I'm ring around to get appt around my area.
Firstly they ask my age, because I'm under 40 so she said I'm not eligible (that's fare enough), then I said I'm nurse, she ask me why did I get Prize from my own hospital? I said my hospital only have AstraZeneca is that help? She said just wait then she ask me to Fax all my health record from my currently clinic.
Now I'm bit annoyed! All my coworkers when they get there vaccination done, this kind thing were never happen to them.its really upset me today.

Another parochial clinic hoarding Pfizer vaccines and not allowing new patients to book free Pfizer vaccine slots - unethical and unkind.

Dr Jasper Tiong has been a wonderful family doctor for our three children and myself. He’s very thorough, takes his time, and is very detailed with explanations and investigations. I highly recommend him and the clinic to others.
