I could not ask for better medical care than that which I receive at East Bentleigh Medical Clinic. From the team who make the appointments to Drs & nurses I'm grateful for this practice.

This place is very organised with two to three very understanding receptionists at the front desk and extremely busy but will do what is humanly possible to fit you in. I think the doctors are terrific and the new system of billing where you get money back instantly on your debit card is a fabulous new improvement! You can get blood tests there instantly without having to go elsewhere and many other services are available.

We are so well looked after at the East Bentleigh Medical Group.we have been Attending this Clinic for 40 Years. Dr Schattner, is our Doctor, But any other Doctor we have seen over the years, have been Totally professional. The Reception from the front desk, are always welcoming and helpful.

The best place! I have been taking my daughter here for her vaccines and when she’s unwell. Everyone is so kind and always super helpful when we need an appointment! Thanks Bentleigh Medical Group team for always such a pleasant experience!

East Bentleigh Medical group has been my General Practice for, I think 2 years or a bit over. Having come from my old GP clinic where I grew up going, Doctors had their own views / beliefs which are outdated I believe and I just wasn’t feeling connected to any doctor there. Since moving to East Bentleigh Medical Group, I found the support of a beautiful Doctor; Lucy Buchanan. I’m not the easiest patient, I call up a lot and when my health gets to the stage like it is now, I find I need support more. It starts as you walk in to this Medical practice at East Bentleigh, where you feel welcome. It’s a refreshing environment and calming. From the staff in reception to the Nurses to the Doctors themselves, they have all been so lovely, supportive and accomodating to myself. It’s rare to find a doctor that you click with. I knew that I clicked with Dr Lucy the appointment I had. As she’s on maternity leave, I’ve found myself not being settled and going to and from with different doctors at East Bentleigh. After my appointment today with Dr Rob Seeley, I finally feel like I’m back on the right track and I’m going to get better. The team here are diverse and extremely knowledgeable. Whoever hires / recruits a new doctor, knows exactly the level of professionalism they need to be. I feel welcomed, supported, heard, safe but most of all; respected. The whole Team at East Bentleigh Medical Group who I’ve come into contact with have treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you to all staff here for being a support in a hard time.

One hour waiting in the early morning, although I booked, was so disappointed and visiting is not worth for extra pocket money $70.
