The 2 guys who helped me with loading my new bed in the car were awesome! Friendly and able to problem solve (bed slightly oversized for the car)

I purchased an outdoor table - the “Glaze Outdoor Dining Table 200cm Marine”. After a couple of weeks the white grout all came off the table rendering it unfit for purpose. I eventually got a refund but the customer service was shocking and I was unable to get a refund until the table was collected (which took months). Additionally, I tried to leave an honest review about my experience with this item being faulty on the early settler website but my review was rejected. I still have not been given an explanation as to why my review has been rejected. By my review not being accepted, it seems that early settler is misleading consumers by not publishing all reviews that they receive.

Purchased the Kyan King base did not fit our Australian Standard King mattress. It was about 1cm too small.
Very frustrating customer support. Want to charge us extra for pick up of the faulty base. Very disappointed.

I shopped at the Ipswich store and received some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The store assistant who served me lied and constantly changed her story as the issue continued. Thankfully their head office team was helpful, however it's still resulted in an almost 4 month wait for our bath to be delivered. Based on the service from Ipswich I won't be in a hurry to shop here again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waiting for a coffee table since May, unexplained delays, no communication since September, after calling them I’ve now been told it won’t arrive until January. I won’t hold my breath! BUYER BEWARE

Worst experience. Has taken 12 months to get the set of curtian for the canopy bed i have ordered. At the same time bought a house full of furnishings. 10 months later wood is starting to get yellow marks on it. Apparently that's normal, so they send me a sample paint tin to paint the furtinture myself. I aksed for replacemet furniture but they are refusing even though it is only 10 months old. They never reply to emails or phone calls. Handing this over to consumer protection. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The worst experience I had. I ordered a sofa and it has been delayed for 1 more month. It is fine. Something out of your control due to the shipment. However, I placed a order for a TV set (back then it is in stock) and paid the deposit asking them to hold it to be delivered together when my sofa is ready to save some delivery fee. But one month later, my sofa is in stock, they told me the TV set is gone. What? Then what Is the meaning of deposit for? If it is not in stock, fine, the shipment is out of your control. But it is in stock when I placed the order! Called some one, she said she didn’t understand my frustration as it is out of her control! What?

I wish I could give this 0. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We waited three months for a delivery then the item was damaged when collected from the store. They only offered a pathetic store credit and wouldn't give a replacement

Not everything was a bargain, got few lampshades and that was a grate deal. Very friendly staff and verry helpful.
