Good product but beware of delivery person refused to adhere the contract note to open and take rubbish away. Apparently they not allowed to open an outdoor furniture and leave it outside.

The range at Early Settler Moorabbin made it so easy for us to modernise our outdoor and indoor dining options. They had a massive range, high quality designs, lots of colours and styles. Thanks Corey and Martine your guidance helped us choose the perfect pieces for our home. Highly recommend this store.
Jenni the store manager is extremely unhelpful and rude. We were willing to purchase all our kitchen & laundry hardware from Early Settler and wanted to find out lead times. She acted as though it was the most painful task calling their supplier to find out, so we left without even knowing. We also asked for a sample to go across to E&S and match with our taps and she gave us the wrong colour without even caring and huffed when we said it was the wrong one. Horrible experience and do not recommend this store in particular. We won’t be purchasing our hardware from there.
Purchased the Kalise cross leg table late last year for our new home that was being built. It is extremely heavy so we didn't put it together until we moved. When we put it together it is COMPLETELY wonky and will not sit flush on the ground. When I emailed to tell them the table was faulty (after two emails and a trip to the Corio store which is now my local and asked the lady to help) I was eventually responded to with an offer for a $200 voucher. This would leave me in a $600 deficit with a large table to get rid of as it is unusable. I have since followed up 4 times via emailed and contacted the support team via chat twice and was responded to this time with "did you try putting on the legs the other way". Which I told them in my first initial email we had tried. DO NOT buy from Early Settler!
Unfortunately product was picked up and when unpackaged we noticed the wood was completely bowed and not sitting flush with the table. Upon asking for a replacement this was agreed upon but the returning, delivery and pick up would be at our expense. Pretty disappointing considering it was not our error. Am hoping to hear from the store with a follow up. This review will be updated after I am contacted.
Went to the store last week and was browsing for about 15 minutes. There were 3 staff available but at no time were we acknowledged or even given a hello. When a simple how you doing can't be managed, rest assured my cash and I will be going elsewhere.
The guy didn't have a clue about selling an item. Wasn't helpful and we were left confused ourselves when we couldn't buy something from the store. His words are "I can't sell that - I've tried working it out myself and failed"
Much bigger showroom with a better range that other of their stores. Staff were much nicer too - even helped me carry my purchases to the car. Sweet!
They got in a bed for me and let me know it was in. When my hubby came in to pick it up, it was the wrong size but nobody had noticed. He'd hired a ute and taken time off to go and get it. When they rang to say the new/right one was in i explained that to them and asked for them to deliver it at no cost. The lady was gracious and helped out and the bed arrived 2 hours later. Great service. They could have argued and didn't. Well done. Will shop with you again!
Really helpful assistant. They don't often zippay in store though. Only online or the geelong store (which you can do over the phone once you get a quote)

Went there today with friend to have a look & was greeted by Christine the store manager & was so polite & said if we need anything just yell out. Brilliant customer service by her that i would go back
Ordered a print with the Narre Warren store (coming from Moorabbin) and then found out there would be a delay due to hiccup with pickup. Christine from the Moorabbin store went out of her way to make sure I would receive it fast, 2 weeks earlier than I would have if she hadn't helped me. She did this so willingly, it seems customer service comes natural to her!
Lovely friendly, helpful staff.
However, witnessed the manager (Christine) verbally abusing the staff on the shop floor.
Having worked in the retail/hospitality industry for 16 years I would have to say this is the worst behaviour I have witnessed.
I, or the people I have informed will not be returning to this store or company in the future if this abhorrent behaviour is seen as acceptable within their management.
Callum at Moorabbin helped us feel confident about our choice of furniture. Such a great experience!
