Early Learning Centre Mernda

Just a review from an initial phone call to inquire about the centre. Seems like whoever answered the phone did not wanna engage in a conversation, or share information about the centre. Hard to get answers from, and said sorry the centre is fully booked, and mentioned nothing about a waitlist or even any relevant information that will make us even consider this centre. You'd expect a childcare centre staff to be a bit more friendly to potential families, and more pleasant to talk to. What a negative first impression!

My son has attending the centre for almost 2 years. We are very happy with the care that he receive. Amazing and very friendly staff in every room from nursery to tiny tots and now toddler. Thanks Bianca and the team

Great care. We've been using this service for almost 2 months now and we're very happy with the way our kid is being taken care of. It ticks all the boxes parents would like their kids to get in any childcare facility starting from regular updates, educator behaviours, great food & above all learning is great too.

Amazing staff with great curriculum activities for your little ones. I have seen great improvement in the development of my kids. I highly recommend early learning center Mernda.

The staff, we simply can not fault!
We love all the room educators/ floor walkers and management!
To have a centre that provides a friendly & welcoming atmosphere, is extremely rare!
I trust my son with the staff completely and love that they really know him and his not just a number! This is so important to me, as kids can easily get lost!
As my son gets older he will be moving up to a new room, we are excited to see his learning development grow and meet new room educators!

ELC is definitely a win, if you want your child to grow, learn and be safe - this centre can't be faulted!

ELC Mernda provides a welcoming and secure environment for children. Any problems or feedback are promptly addressed by the Director. Educators are always willing to help and guide children.

My son started at this centre when he was little as 10 months. He will be in Kinder next year. As any parent, at the start i was worried whether or not my son will be happy there or whether he will be looked after well. It took awhile for him to get used to the new surroundings and new faces. But i could see how happy he was and how well he was taken care off. And kudos to those beautiful people who does an amazing job every single day. I've known them for awhile now and i think its safe to say for me the second best/safest place for my son is the Early Learning Centre Mernda.

Both my boys loving going there, they enjoy their time there. Also l see the education improvement very fast.
All the stuff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend Mernda early learning centre. We have been going there for 2 years and my kids love it and cant wait to go. My daughter found it hard to start kinder but the staff made it a really great transition. They are really caring and the management made me feel really comfortable and offered great support when we really needed it. The centre is really clean and great activities/equipment that really foster a positive learning enviroment & cater to individual needs. We love it there.

We have had both of our kids here for 2.5 years. The staff are all amazing, and treat our kids like their own. They have become like family. The educators have helped our children develop in many ways. I will always highly recommend this centre.:)

This centre is amazing, highly recommend Early Learning Centre Mernda. The staff are wonderful, ever single one of them. My daughter has been going for 1.5 years and she loves being there. The learning development she has gained there has been fantastic and I love getting updates about what they do in their day. Very happy with this centre and would happily recommend to anyone.

My son Dean started a month ago. Dean can be a very pampered and difficult child as he has not been out apart from mom and dad since birth and is very attached to us. On his first two weeks he kicked and scream refusing to attend however the staff at ELC Mernda was very patient with him and even look after him one on one. Eventually Dean started to join into the group activities and started mingling around with the other kids to our surprise. Special mention to Zara and Nadia for their professional way in handling difficult kids like Dean.

My 3 year old and 5 month year old daughters attend this service and absaloutly love it!
My 3 year old hasn’t been in care for 6 months so I was nervous about the transition back into care however each staff member including director and owners have made it the easiest transition with both my girls.
The centre is always presented in immaculate condition and each learning environment is so beautiful.
Amazing centre, even more amazing educators and staff would recommend maples to anyone.
More like a family than a childcare centre.
