You never know what you will find here! Over time I’ve found absolute gems from vintage items and furniture, replacement doors, and even hoses for my washing machine! Great to know that things of value aren’t just going into landfills and can be repurposed!

If you like building materials, furniture, electronics, outdoor equipment, indoor wares, tools, random miscellanea and love acquiring an absolute bargain, then welcome to Greater Bendigo's 'Disneyland of Stuff'.

Yes, much is recycled, but a lot is 'used only once', 'pre-loved', 'brand new in pack' or 'refurb'. I honestly lose 2-3 hours when I go there, I have a full car/ute/trailer load upon departure and still have plenty of money in the bank.

Don't forget to drop off your used items to the Track behind the yard, better than putting it in the waste bin. Adopt something from the Recycle Shop today, I'll see you there!

I've only lived in the area a few months and today was my first deposit

Unloaded and paid for in 3 mins. Cost $4 for each year I'd had the mattress, so $40. What other purchase is as cheap as that?

By far the BEST Recovery Yard you’ll find anywhere which continues to maintain a very large range of available salvaged goods and good quality too, well priced and buy with confidence, no rubbish here. Even though living up country, from word of mouth I discovered this place 24 years ago when sourcing renovation materials AMAZING and I’ve been going there for this and that ever since. Good stuff, great finds and great deals with excellent friendly and helpful staff and often the more you buy the better the deal, definitely not to be missed when visiting Bendigo any day of the week! Brilliant concept and I just love it. Happy hunting folks

What happened, did some clean up? If so could they also clean and organise what they decided to keep as well. Over disappointed.

Best time to go go is Sundays and Mondays where the brothers offer the best customer service and honesty
but when it comes to the site manager nothing but disrespect which is a bad image for the eco center

Easy to drop off unwanted items. Disposal of mattresses & bases was very expensive. $35.00 each for mattress & additional $19.10 for 3 bases. We need hard rubbish collection in Bendigo.

Very friendly team and they recycle so much stuff and reduce so much waste.one of the best recycling yards I've been to yet!

Tip entry - One lady in the window is always so kind and bubbly, it is so nice. Wish they wouldn’t waste water on all the dusty roads

Find the tip very good. Attendant has a good memory for names, is efficient and knowledgeable. Tip practices good recycling schemes and is well priced.

Always great to pick up cheap materials, but the competition can be fierce. Got to go often for a quick walk through. And be patient!

Fair walk for those of us without a car (highly recommended).
But, worth the trek if you're after any bits &bobs secondhand.

One of the biggest rip offs and I've been to alot of transfer stations in Melbourne and this one was by far the biggest rip off yet! Force you to the weighbridge and pay by the kilogram really. Seriously! Avoid this tip like the plague
