Made appointment for 11 am told sales rep we are elderly and fighting cancer so it’s important they could be as close to arrange time as possible. Got up and waited no one showed up no phone call just left us waiting and waiting how can they treat senior citizens this way shame on you Eagle shame.

Ordered and paid for a set of ducted vacuum accessories over the phone. I was told by Scott that they were moving to a new factory which is why I couldn't pick up, and was pleased with his offer to arrange delivery to my home the very next day. After a few days, no delivery. When I first followed up, I was told by Scott that he'd check in with the driver/technician. There was no response. My wife then followed up and was told that we'd just get a refund. More than 2 weeks down the track, no deliveries, no refund and there has been no way to communicate because their phone numbers are disconnected.

Eagle Security provided outstanding professional customer services with our family alarm system. From initial contact for alarm quotation to implementation of alarm upgrade/features was efficient, excellent communication and outstanding quality technical installation staff. Was good at the start but now I have been waiting for over 4 months for the final task so that I can finally use the alarm via the app. Called many times, eventually had two official services organized but nobody showed up.

Good products with continued ongoing support. Arrive on time and do the job efficiently and spend the time with you to give you a demo.

Eagle Security Systems is customer focused and provides excellent service. My inbuilt Ducted vacuum system failed, and the customer service person gave me the options and I chose a replacement unit. Technician arrived within 3 days, new unit installed and it works really well.

Scott would say he will be there at a certain time and then never rock up. Would not even call or text to say he wasn't coming. 4 different times this has happened.horrible service,

Our alarm started going off intermittently at our rented property, we had no help from our rental provider as it was after hours, luckily I messaged Eagle Security and Scott helped me through the full process of how to stop the alarm. He was very helpful and I was so grateful to get this sorted, especially as it was 8pm at night and I would of been stuck with an alarm going off all night keeping our little one awake!

Thank you to the team at Eagle Security Systems for installing our alarm system. Their professional team listened to our needs and requirements and provided us with all the necessary information and advice to assist us with making the right choice for our home. The technician arrived on time, and within a few hours our system was up and running. Before leaving, he explained the different alarm functions, and even made sure any packaging was taken away and any debris was vacuumed.

I arranged for a security system to be installed last week at our home, I chose the Tiandy CCTV package. I have been thrilled with the service provided by Chris the sales manager, Christina in the office and the two technicians David and Jason. They did great work and showed us how to use the system.

I must admit that I am a little obsessed with checking the cameras on his iPhone! But it has given me a feel of security and peace of mind after our recent break in. I can't recommend Eagle Security enough.

DO NOT use Eagle Security if you want a reliable product with great communication & ongoing support.
After our CCTV cameras stopped working, they sent someone out, charged us $$$ and we still couldn't access our cameras. I politely emailed & called countless times for months.after threatening legal action and social media reviews, a supposed "chief operating officer" Scott promised half a refund and a senior technician to sort out the problem. I never got any refund, he sent the same guy out that first came out and 2 months later I still have no access to my cameras and no response from Scott or his company.
STAY AWAY from these thieves.

The team at Eagle Security replaced our home system that had failed after 15 years. The installer knew his stuff. Had the job done within an hour, spent time going over everything for us again and set things up the exact way we wanted. Prices were very good also. We are very happy.

I had my alarm and camera system installed by Eagle Security last week. I have a double storey home and other companies said my home was going to be hard to cable and the recorder would have to go upstairs and the alarm would need to be wireless. Chris assured me that it could be done using hard-wired systems, the technicians David and Daniel spent the whole day on site, cabled everything. No conduit and all cables concealed. They showed me how it all worked. I couldn't be happier with their service, they've been so helpful and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
