Great customer service from the Eagle Leather team, both in store and online in my experiences.

In store it can be a bit daunting at first when you walk in, but once you're over that feeling and conversation starts the staff are very knowledgeable. The quality and range of products is deceivingly big, including the secluded Latex room out the back.

When i made a rather large purchase on their yearly sale, unfortunately one of the products i ordered had run out of stock. To add on top of that the item i bought was no longer being stocked, but there was newer version of the same item at a higher price. I couldn't of asked for better communication and effort. Pepper offered either a full refund or an upgrade for free when they received the new item in stock. Because the sale price was already too good to say no to, i was happy to wait for the upgrade, they also sorted out the seperate shipping costs.
It only took another 2 weeks after i received the rest of my original purchase to get my upgraded item.

Very happy with all of my purchases from Eagle Leather in terms of quality/longevity and of course i will continue to go back.

Great shop with wide variety of leather and latex choices. Associate Kevin was super helpful, offering Ice Tea in a hot day and helping with suggestions about local bars.

Popped by recently when I was in Melbourne (from Sydney) and the experience was night and day. Fantastic, friendly staff, attentive, honest and a beautiful shop with an amazing range of products. I ordered some leather gear on Wednesday, and it turned up two days later. The quality is fantastic, it fits well, and the customer service I received was excellent. Will be shopping here again.

An extraordinary and very welcoming place that I highly recommend to anyone thinking of going. You're made to feel very safe and the atmosphere is one of fun and the staff are extremely friendly. Being new to the scene I was welcomed and my many questions were answered about the extensive products available and it's now my favourite place to shop:)
