Had an exceptional experience with Dyonsu a couple of weeks back. I had purchased a suit for a special event and, unfortunately, left my shirt behind. In a pinch and with no time to spare, Tim went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed.

Upon realising my mistake, I reached out to Tim to explain the situation. It was clear that he was genuinely concerned about my predicament and was determined to help me resolve it.

Within no time, he arranged for an Uber to deliver the forgotten shirt to my location. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and truly commendable. Tim's personal involvement in ensuring my satisfaction was both surprising and greatly appreciated.

They're a family business that Cares about how you look at end and doesn't want to get the sale unless you look spectacular.
I've gone in 3 times now. Been dressed by them all 3 times and been complimented everytime at the events Ive been too with their clothing.

I'm a repeat customer because it's so easy to shop there. I'm listened to and understood. Given different options until I'm happy.

Majority of suit stores I’ve been to are just not good enough. The employees lack knowledge of the clothes and are just there to collect their pay check. Dyonsu is the complete opposite. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and helped with finding what I was looking for. The girl who helped me with the fitting was very knowledgeable and was honest with her recommendations rather than just trying to please me. Also I came on very short notice and requested a suit with tailoring in 2 days. They got it done and were so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Definitely will be returning here!

Tim was amazing from start to finish! He always went above and beyond with myself and the groomsmen. The suits Dyonsu produced for us were out of this world! Not only did they look amazing, they felt amazing. Very highly recommend Tim and the Dyonsu team. I can’t wait to see what type of masterpiece Tim and Dyonsu create for me next.

I walked past one day, and I saw the suit in the window that would match my future hubby perfectly. Fast forward two months we came to visit. The whole experience was flawless. The staff (girl) was really nice and attentive. She certainly have the eyes for styling. We paid the suit and coming back to get it tailored some time closer to the wedding date. Walked in and straight away was greeted by a great guy who helped me out with the perfect suit for an event this weekend. Got a few of the knits on 50% off too! Would recommend if you're in the area, thanks guys.

My wedding is 2 months away and I wasn't satisfied with the suit I had already lined up. I called Dyonsu just to check my chance and see if they would be able to have a suit ready in the time frame I needed. Spoke to Tim on the phone who answered all my questions and gave me the assurance that everything would be fine and that once I pop into the store that everything would take care of itself.

On the day of my fitting, it was literally a stress free process under the care of true professionals who had everything ready based on a 10minute conversation on the phone. I had everything I needed (3 piece suit, shirt, bow tie, etc) within the hour.

I highly recommend this place and I wish I had found it sooner than later. Thank you Tim. I can't wait to purchase my next suit with you guys again.
