I ordered NORDICTRACK T9.5 TREADMILL WITH 14" TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY
$2799 and its a terrible and not worth the price it was advertised on the website. I wouldn't rate this machine 1 star at all. We coordinated with Vasmi and Pablo and Vasmi installed the treadmill and it sounds like a F1 car and the incline does not work. Vasmi has provided a very disappointing after sale service as well. We went to the store and asked for a replacement but it's been 1 week and no word on getting a replacement. The treadmill sounds like F1 car and when we back to the store vasmi questioned our intelligence as well.

We highly recommend this company. We bought a treadmill in Melbourne store. We had abit an issue but Ali the service technician was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Our problem was fixed in no time and we even got freebies to compensate our time. Chantel from Sydney store was very good when I called asking about the treadmills before we bought it.
