Hopeless. Our GP made a referral to Dynamic Kids in July 2021. I received a call advising they had received the referral and my child was on the wait list. Our paed made a further referral in January 2022. I phoned in May 2022 to ask about progress on the waitlist - and despite their own records of the referral being made in July 21, my child was only placed on the wait list in January 22. Upon realising their error (apparently I also needed to complete a referral, which they never sent the paperwork for despite contacting me) the have REFUSED TO ALTER MY CHILD'S PLACE ON THE WAIT LIST. Their error, and they are refusing to fix it.
Update: they have agreed to honour my child's place on the waitlist.
