Good collection of books. Was surprised to find some great 1,000 piece puzzles priced below $30!
The best bookshop in Richmond (by a long way). It stocks a very wide range of hooks at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Was there because they had the books my son wanted in stock.
But staff attitude had not been friendly or helpful as other Dymocks store.
Not sure why the lady find it funny to charge 50c for their paper bag.
In these times of Amazon and online shopping it’s great to see a book store In the shopping centre. It’s not that big but there’s a surprising amount of different genres of books in there, I was able to find the few that I was after no problems. They’ve got plenty of new releases as well lots of interesting books that you can spend quite a bit of time in there and also quite a bit of money, really recommend.
Improper customer service. I have ordered a Cisco CCNA since two weeks, but the staff is not co-operative. Every time I call the store, I get different responses from them. Hoping to get the book soon.
Whether it's a quick in and out visit to purchase a gift or a longer stay to browse and peruse the books I always find something. I always feel confident that I can leave my children happily browsing on their own whilst I look myself. The service is friendly and informed. Recommended.
Helpful staff and good range of books. They can wrap your books. Isn't the biggest shop though.

I had to call the store back 3 times because the woman kept putting me on 'hold' - but just left the phone off the hook and forgot about me so I was sitting there listening to her coughing and talking to her colleague for ages. She did it 3 times! Very odd.
I always go to browse but end up buying at least one book. Friendly staff that know a lot about books but not to pushy
