All good, in store staff efficient and helpful, stock numbers indicated were accurate.
Initial Phone call to store answered promptly.

Useless sales person 26 November at 4: 30. Rang to find if a particular book was available (website mentions book was available) she was rude and so unhelpful and uninitiated

I liked the collection but some of the books I checked were overly priced in compared to other stores at Chadstone.

Awesome, friendly staff and a wide range of books! Glad to see people gathering around the manga section. I found 2 volumes of Punpun which were sold out online, and 3 volumes of Diary of a Wimpy Kid as a Christmas present. There were also some JoJo hardcovers here I’d love to pick up once I have the money haha

Was having a VIZ media sale, lots of manga in stock and managed to grab a new copy of Spy x Family and the latest Kirby Manga Mania.
Staff super friendly and helpful

Not a reflection on the store but Dymocks as whole.

The staffs are nice and stores are well and we'll and that's where it ends.

When I asked for price match, the answer was they do not do with online retailers, and fair enough, though I don't agree entirely, I understand I am getting experience of a physical store.

But then I tried to show the price from BigW and Kmart and still it was 25% more at Dymocks and no price match!

I don't know what could be reason this instance for not doing a price match. I am not against the store, but just don't want to see it go extinct.

Note: JB and Myer are physical stores and they actually price match with large online retailers as well, Amazon, eBay.etc

Large book range for a shopping centre Dymocks. Good selection of most categories. Lots of kid's books. Nice staff.

I prefer the store in the city as it has more books. However, it is not too bad to popped in whenever I am in chaddy.

Went to get a book for my son's vsl teacher but they don't keep non-english language books. The staff was courteous and polite.

Some staff need to be more helpful than just tell your were the book is.
If I ask staff where a book is and I'm told it's in the fantastic section and I spend 15 minutes in the shop looking for the book then I won't come Boks or recommend the shop.

Great selection of kids' & young adult books / literature. $ Not cheap But reasonable. Well stocked with great variety of books - Only recommendation.some seating would be appreciated for the weary & bookworms please

Almost lost a star for not having the 2 books I want. 1 Stephen Donaldson and 1 Brent Weeks. The friendly staff helped me by checking the availability of book 1 and another staff member gave me membership that earns you credit. I did get 2 Stephen King books that I didn't have & he's always entertaining reading so that's were you scored the star back!

Good range. Standard prices, specials available if you look for them. Was able to get a whole series - not many stores bother keeping whole series.

Wasn't a Dymocks Club Member and couldn't be bothered joining up but the helpful sales staff pointed out to me that I'd get extra discount on my order. Very impressed, not many sales staff go to the extra effort of taking the time to explain things like that.

A great looking book shop; very helpful staff, loaded with all sorts of books, no need to look any further, I recommend signing up for the rewards program, you get a little discount every time you buy a product.

Wide variety of books in brand new condition at fair prices that create jobs to support Aussies.

What else can I say about this bookstore? Looking at how we read our books, it's not surprising that half the books in this store are children's books. Will definitely come back again.

Love this store and staff are very friendly.friendly! As a suggestion, it would be easier to find books if the fiction section was divided into genre's.

Chadstone has pretty much everything and you will get some serious steps in walking around this place. Go early on Saturday to avoid the crowds as it can get very, very busy!

I love this store, it has a nice wide selection of books and other things. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up walking away with a journal and two books. I'll definitely be coming back again in the future

Really lovely staff looked after me, made it too easy to find what I needed! Will definitely return.
