7 Hi all, I've been renting at my address for 17 years now and DWM Solutions have been the provider of the laundries equipment for that time. They have always provided and speedy fix to any issues the machines had over the years. The most recent was a super fast same day fix knowing the weather was not good for line drying and the dryer was fixed and fully operational within hours.
Thanks so much for having us in mind. Much appreciated from all residents at the block.

Very poor turn around for paid support. Requested information over 5 days ago which should have been actioned and resolved within a couple of hours. Still waiting, still chasing. Doesn't seem like they have SLAs on their support contracts.
