I had a very disappointing experience at a Duttons prestige car sales on Saturday. I made an appointment at 9am to test drive a particular car when I arrived the two car sales men couldn't locate the car. There was no apology for wasting my time and to top it off they told me that the wheels that were on the car in the ad would be an additional $2000 on the asking price. Apparently the car was damaged while being cleaned and at the panel beaters getting fixed.
