The team in this store are real helpful and know there product knowledge, its a joy to come in every single time

I am a loyal customer of dusk and have been shopping Dusk products for over 20 years. In the past 20 years, every staff I have encountered has been warm, friendly and very pleasant. However, In the past month, I met a male staff twice in the dusk which really make my shopping experience a disaster. The first time he had a very bad attitude. When I asked where the sample of a candle was, he said very rudely: Just On that shelf! I thought maybe something unhappy happened to him that day. But again today, he didn't even smile, and he didn't even ask me if I needed to wrap it, he just put the things I bought into the bag directly. When I asked to wrap it, he looks like disliked my appearance when he wrapped it, ask me to look around and back. I've already bought everything I need and I really don't need to look and shop anymore. The way he treat me just feel like cold violence, no smile, and a look like he hate me from the bottom of his heart
I never like to leave bad reviews for others, but dusk is a brand I love very much, and this kind of service is really disappointing! If he treats everyone with this attitude, I really think Dusk should reconsider If he is the right person. We all love Dusk, his attitude definitely ruin the image of the Dusk and disappointed us.

Very lovely gentleman by the name of Heath helped me select some items for my wife. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly - the epitome of excellent customer service.

Had an excellent shopping experience yesterday. I was served by Sophie and Melanie, both very helpful and friendly. Sophie clarified moodmists packs were set as opposed to being customised. Melanie helped select a couple of gorgeous scented candles for my partner and even reactivated her Dusk account after it had lapsed. Keep up the great work, Girls! Will definitely be Christmas shopping here again!:)

I had the most wonderful experience over the phone with Rachel from the Doncaster Dusk. She was polite, friendly, helpful and all round delight to deal with. Working in retail myself, She turned my hesitant over the phone sceptical covid experience into an approachable transaction that will definitely have me coming back to dusk again and again for all my needs and recommending her and her store!
