The staff were so lovely! They were so helpful and kind to their customers. Definitely had a welcoming atmosphere and were awesome!

Went into dusk 14 August, as my diffuser wasn't working like the display I had seen and wanted to buy after viewing the display model, and was told sorry can't help, as it seems to work for me and I asked why it didn't work like the display to be then told, each diffuser is different and that she had this exact diffuser and as it didn't work well she uses in her spare room Umm sorry I just brought it and I asked for a strong diffuser wasn't on a budget I just wanted a strong mist product, the original lady who sold it to me was lovely I asked if I could speak with a manager in regards to it not being how I had seen and she stormed off out the back and left me in the store for 8 minutes waiting, I then knocked and said never mind il keep it. The website states it has a customer satisfaction for products and you can return if not hsppy the item was 5 days old very wrong. Very dissapointed. Will be calling customer care Today.

Big thumbs up to the two ladies working in DUSK Werribee Plaza this afternoon. I went in with 2 diffusers which were both not working and both well out of their warranty period. Not knowing if they had dodgy power cords or whether the diffusers were buggered, I thought I’d seek advise before I binned them. Both ladies assisted and tried new cords and to my amazement they both started working again. Instead of selling me 2 new diffusers at $99 each they took the time to figure out the issue and then gave me 2 new power cords FREE. Sorry, didn’t get their names. Awesome customer service ladies.

Staff where lovely and helpful only problem was I bought a lantern for my Mum and they did not have a box

I went to purchase one candle ended up with a collection of things. I had a very nice helper who assisted me and also showed me the range. I bought an infuser which smells like a dream. Also purchased some candles to set the mood. If you need to relax come and see the ladies here they will look after you.

Love this place but of course the candles are a little expensive.wish they had a designated sale section instead of moving it around all the time.

Went to store today to buy a diffuser and oils and was in store for 10 minutes which not one staff member asked if I needed help with anything.
Seemed to care more for stocktake then customers!

Went to competitor and was served straight away and the store only had one stuff member.

Poor service

Went here a few weeks ago and I was assisted by Brooke and I am pleased. She’s helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions before I made a purchase and she was very patient with me. I am also quite pleased that she wasn’t pushy unlike other salespeople but I was convinced with her suggestions so I ended up buying the diffuser I was eyeing for a while and more. I definitely recommend asking for her if visiting Dusk in Pacific Werribee.
