The service was effective and professional when I requested for depreciation schedule for an investment property. Communication was great as I received it in 3 days.

Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company! I chose them due to their reviews but my experience was bad. They tried to get away by not doing a physical inspection of the property but to ask the property manager to send photos. When property manager escalated this to me they agreed to do an inspection of the dual occupancy that I own and then sent me the same report for both the units even though the units are not the same. Luckily I picked up the error and escalated this issue. The manager Anothony rang me the next day aggressively screaming on the phone trying very hard to hide their fault. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from Duo Tax. If I could give negative review I would.
