First time here, the place has potential but it seems to hold itself back.
The front bar is well presented and the pool tables and overheard lighting are nice but we found the cues to be extremely sub par.worn down, half broken and some fixed with tape.

The other side where it says restaurant.is rundown, dirty and dingy. You can see old shipping containers and used old mattresses strewn around the place, and the glass is so dirty it's almost opaque. This presentation left us not wanting to trust the food, so we left early to eat elsewhere. Another problem was people smoking cigarettes, which was irritating, you could smell it clearly but staff/management didn't do anything about it.

A good clean, and hiding hard rubbish would go a long way.

Decent place for a fun evening, with drinks, shisha and pool/billiards. Limited but good food menu and preparation is nice. Service is very good. Suggestion - they should repair & reupholster the outside furniture and change the cushions. Still an enjoyable place

Parking very spaces hvnt been in the venue but being a Uber Driver for some people and asking them about inside, I reckon its a awesome place

Nice outdoor setup with large, portable heaters to keep you warm if you decide to venture out on a cold evening or night. The indoor setting is a little rundown but the venue makes up for it with tons of pool/billiards tables to keep you occupied. The bar is overpriced but makes up for it with a pretty decent array of dishes to fill up on. Overall, the place is fun, multi facilitated and a go-to for my group of friends when we're bored and want to go out for a fun night. Definitely would recommend!

Rorted me for my money, very dishonest staff, awful shishas, will never be back or recommend, absolutely terrible service, bartender was very rude and double charged me for everything.will hear from my lawyer

Decent venue, used to be out regular spot before Garrett got a pool table. This place legit makes the best potato wedges ever. Like they have zero right being as good as they are.

Excellent place to go with friends. Sheesha and billiards at one place.
Would recommend everyone who loves sheesha and billiards.

Lady at the front told me the price "will be what it be" when I try to pay she charge me 160 dollars then manager comes and total comes to 28 dollars. Take my drink off the table before I am finished and take my Shisha before I am finished. Good pool tables but have your wits about you when you visit. Service man told me he was drunk. I will be going to Springvale from now on

Great place, my first time trying out Shisha, was with a couple of mates, played some pool and had fun.

Love it here, Venue is nearly Full everytime I visit majority of the staff are friendly, some are quite serious but overall I love coming yo this place. Food is good, Shisha is okay they sell smokes here (Manchesters) Pool Table is fun, and the have Ladies and Men's toilets inside. Prices are reasonable not too high and not to low.

The tables are not level and in need of maintenance. The coffee is overpriced!
Despite our community booking out entire venue for our tournament over 4 to 5 Fridays, giving them business during their off peak time, they would not negotiate a discounted hourly rate to allow me to practice for just an hour to help me get a feel for their tables, despite there being nobody else using the tables at that time. As an amateur player, I wanted to gain a bit of confidence before our matches. Not very good customer service.

So much fun! Great atmosphere and entertainment, staff really kind and a great chill vibe with friends. Lots of tables and cues and chalk! Obviously as there should be haha. We played for hours and enjoyed some drinks and they do yummy food too

Good spot to chill out at.does get pretty full but the vibes are good.the music pumps aswell and the alcohol prices are pretty decent.

Shisha has always been good in my experience, food is great and drinks are cheap. Alcohol is served at reasonable prices, and they have a large pool hall, too.

There is indoor and outdoor seating and great temperature control to allow for a comfortable visit in any weather!

Generally relaxing environment with great energy in the venue!

The place is not bad plenty of tables and a nice atmosphere but the Shisha is horrible probably the worst Shisha I've ever had. Played snooker only for them to give us a lecture on how to use the table and its for competition and etc, if its for competitions maybe close the tables and don't have them open to everyone.
Very poor customer service, rude staff that don't know how to talk to customers in a nice manner or any manner to be honest. If they talk to someone nicely and explain something to them its all good but they talk down to customers in a very rude manner. Won't be going here again that is for sure.

The pool tables, sheesha and ambience is really nice here. The people running the place are also very friendly. They have multiple screens, a juice bar and music

The owners are terribly rude even towards the regular customers but the coffee, hookah and snooker tables are awesome.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Unbelievably rude, i cant believe im writing this im a LOYAL customer. They dont care about any complaints any customers have! All they care about is money! I order tea and it comes cold and i simply ask for a new one and they MAKE ME BUY A NEW ONE. I dont understand, of course im going to be furious. Another day i order the peach shisha, the flavor was bland i ask for a normal pipe and not the ice instead assuming maybe thats the problem and i ask for a refund for the ice hose and they say no its a done deal and they wouldnt bother giving the ice hose back! I PAYED FOR IT ONCE AGAIN. ON TOP OF THAT, hate to say it but yet again the tea is cold no refund! TERRIBLE PLACE AND FILTHY WITH ASH EVERYWHERE! The boss was soooooo freaking rude and his name is shafiq!

Lots of pool tables with high quality cloths.
Comfortable and perfect to have fun and play pool.
