Dumplings Plus

We got meal kit with rice, chicken and pork. The taste was below average and the coating on pork was thick with minimal meat inside. The chicken had off smell too.

I think I spent 42.80 through uber eats for your roast duck combo, I gotta tell you that portion size was pathetic, almost $50 for a quarters worth if duck/roast and rice.

If your unhappy about throwing a free meal on the side of soup as an uber eats promotion, don't skimp out on what really counts.

They had my food waiting on the counter for a long period of time. Didn’t bother to call me. I had to go up to claim it as mine. The chicken was raw and disgusting. Completely undercooked. Their unhygienic and dangerous food handling practices could kill somebody one day!

I usually don’t give out bad reviews, love the food from Dumplings Plus but I found a metal wire while eating my combination soup.

I bought a Special fried rice (Prawn and Pork. It's C1 on the menu). EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality. Had 2 tiny weeny shrimps and about 6-7 nail clipping sized roast pork?
Added the frozen vegetable mix of Corn kernels, Peas and Carrot cubes. Lost a customer that's been coming to you for years. Hope you improve the quality and give the patrons a 'special' fried rice worth the $15.80.they pay.
There's so many options around!

It was a really nice food in this dumplings plus about month ago from last two weeks there food was terrible
In particular there C2 they claim always "sorry it's a new chef today "I orders singapore noodle it was horrible.
They replace for new meal. Same happened today they didn't want to fix that meal offer a just fried rice instead.
There food presentation also really bad
It's not recommended any more.

Used to love this place but since the new management has come in the serving sizes have shrunk a lot. I had to go elsewhere to get more food because I was still so hungry. In the past the dish' were massive.

Worst staff to deal with, incredibly poor customer service skills and completely unhelpful. Would not recommend ever.

Typical dim sum and dumplings. Lot of varieties. One item must try sesame prawn - deep fried toast with prawn paste and sesame on top. Although a little bit oily but taste good!

Yum! Had the vegetarian dumplings today and they were delicious one of the best I’ve tried.

Superb, especially the vegetarian, chicken and pork dumplings were delicious. The service is good, they pretty quick when they respond to you.
