DUMPLING EMPIRE

We booked a table for 10 and were seated at a long narrow table for dinner.
The food was tasty and well prepared, and portions were generous enough.
Service was friendly, but not quite good enough as we were served dumplings, then had to ask for utensils, crockery and the accompanying sauces.
The order was also short of two dishes we ordered, apparently lost along the way.

Dumplings arrived quickly, had hot special rice nice arrived hot Mongolian beef would be my preferred dish here x polite staff x

Nice Chinese food here. I had the 麻婆豆腐, 炸酱面 and 猪肉白菜水饺。The price is reasonable, definitely a go.

Love the steamed chicken & prawn dumpling and Shanghai noodles. My usual order when I am here. But this round, enjoyed the fried pork&chives dumpling. Juicy and Randy filling!

Well worth the visit. Beautiful food. And reasonably priced compared to rest of the asian restaurants in the area.

Very good value for money dumplings. Delicious and juicy too! Recently the plain rice in the rice dishes were somewhat undercooked and hard. If this is fixed, then it would be a perfect 5 for this restaurant.

Best dumplings so far in Melbourne, friendly service! Keep up the good food, will definitely come back.

Yummilicious dumplings and noodles (both boiled and steamed in the mixed combination was our favourite). The panfried pork one and the steamed vege dumpling one were the more outstanding ones. Only thing was they dont provide the regular flasks of hot tea that chinese dumpling places have.

Sat outside for ten minutes before having to go inside and ask for service. Poor English knowledge of staff made ordering an ordeal. Great quality and range of dishes. Didn't get the usual green tea in a flask, just water. Given the competition this place probably doesn't do all that well.

This is basically our go to dumpling place. Good value dumplings and shanghai noodles. Tried the fish and tofu in spicy black bean sauce set tonight, was delicious!

This is one of the best places to eat Chinese food in Glen Waverley. The best part is that the food is not oily or too salty. We have eaten here no less than 10 times in past 2 weeks and literally every dish we tried here has been atleast 9/10. Kudos to their chefs, the flavour has been very authentic.

The dishes I would reccomend-
1- Fried eggplant in spicy sauce
2- Xiao long bao
3- Cold chicken with chilli

I probably never go there anymore, I had a bowl of noodles, however such a large bowl just amount of water, only very little noodles, say good bye to you, good on you, I will see how long you can stay there.

Our first time here for my partner and I, definitely our last too unfortunately. Everything had a terrible burnt taste to it. Noodles were like rubber and the fried dumplings were so over cooked you could hardly bite into them. Service wasn’t the best, although they did laugh with us but spoke another language in your face and came and took the sauces before we could use them.
I don’t normally review but felt I had to say something about our experience.

I'm sorry I love this type of food but I found way to much MSG used. We were a group of 10 almost all of us were feeling the after effects.

Good food, although service was very rushed. Kind of like they wanted you to hurry up, Eat and get out. I guess that's what you expect with a high turnover place, apart from that highly recommend their food.

Delicious dumplings and noodles. Their Fried Pork & Vegetables dumplings and the Steamed Chicken & Prawn dumplings are especially good - full of flavour and juices.
