Most of the staffs are very nice except one who ignores and treats you very badly if you don't speak good English. He may think you don't know his attitude but it is hard not to know his bad behaviour. He needs to be more careful in dealing client visiting there.
James and his team are always friendly and helpful, ready to oblige with any equipment queries or painting advice. Highly recommend you visit for all your painting, staining and renovating requirements!
Recommended a brand of paint to us for our fence. When we returned for another tin we were informed it is a brand they no longer stock.
So the initial tin was just stock they were trying to get rid of (at full price $175 per tin).
My husband had to search all over Melbourne for another tin to match the work we had already started, or start all over again using a different product and colour.
