7This is the best paint store in Melbourne hands down I had a great experience with the team here, a big thank you to Jack, Brett, Josh, Brayden and Adam. They were very helpful and helped me with everything I needed for my DIY. I would recommend to anyone to come to this store for any help and advice.
Absolute legends, walked in and asked for a sample, got the name totally wrong, the guy gave us advise it was from another paint Co, he wasted 2 pots trying to get us the colour we needed! Turned out we was wrong, such an understanding guy, turned out we asked for cabbage white, we finally worked out it was white cabbage! We laughed and laughed, I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat! Just time was all it took, from a person who never buys paint! Legends! And again sorry our mistake!
Very helpful staff who can provide excellent advice. I went there with several old cans of Dulux paint. Some were deemed unusable because the cans were rusted so I replaced them with new. Others were put on the shaker machine and were a perfect colour match when applied to touch up paint done in 2014.
I don’t normally write reviews but this store is absolutely horrible at colour matching. I had them match 3 different colours multiple times and none of their efforts were even remotely close. Went to Bunnings and they got it perfect in under 10 mins. Know idea who is training these guys but they’re either incompetent or don’t care. Avoid for any colour matching needs.
Served by a older gentleman with glasses observed him having the phone hung up on him by a customer. I presume it was for his no existent customer service then had the pleasure of being served by him borderline shouting and condescending nature maybe IF he learnt too talk too people properly people would stay on the phone nice start too the day
The older man (grey hair, glasses) is extremely rude and condescending. He lets the whole team down. Ive been in the store twice now and both times he speaks with a very condescending attitude.
